If you stop at the Stewart?s in New Lebanon, NY, be careful when having the audacity to ask for more toilet paper for the... restrooms. I?m sure most of the employees are perfectly nice, but the woman I had the misfortune of asking (I wish I?d had thepresence of mind to ask her name) was very annoyed that I asked. When she asked me which bathroom was out and I took a moment toturn and confirm which side it was on, I was told to ?pick one or the other, the right or the left,? and when she brought thepaper over, she was very irritated not to be able to go in and check the other bathroom. It was not until I finished washing myhands that I realized the bathroom was out of paper towels as well, but I didn?t dare tell anyone but the poor soul waiting touse it next. Customer service (or what passes for it these days) certainly has changed. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by this gas station adjacent shop, enough to give it a 5 star review when typically I never really... give has stations a second thought. Clean premises, friendly staff, fresh, made-to-order sandwiches and ice cream, this was verynice. I've been traveling to NY from mass for menthol cigarettes, absolutely loved the iced cold brew! Last three visits the store... looked trashed and coffees were empty. I think you need more help. Read more
I give a 5 + !!!!!! These girl's handle a Huge and I mean Huge amount of customers in that store. It's unbelievable the... dedication and hard work they put in. They are always working and smiling . Also one of their best employees is working moreshifts there now so we are all lucky . Less wait , Clean store , always stocked , of course plenty of ice cream and a smile . Now any of you have see any of my reviews know I also give the Negatives ..... The store and (lot) needs to be bigger , thatplace gets Packed . I am new to the area, but I must tell you that the girls at the new Lebanon, NY store are the hardest working, most dedicated,... thoughtful and concerned employees I have ever seen! (Day shift) within days they all remembered my name, what I prefer and whatmy concerns were. I felt like I gained 5 new best friends within a couple weeks!! Read more
