Hospitality 100 percent. But I have "continued" to be splashed by the tea dispenser for the last 4 - 5 months. Employees insist... management refuses to replace the equipment as its location isn't a high income. All they provide are used equipment throughoutthis Taco Bell. I literally just went though the drive through and the lady was so unbelievably rude. Wouldn't let me finish a single sentence... and when I asked if their freezy machine had been delivered yet she replied "it doesn't exist". Didn't say a single word at thewindow, didn't ask if we wanted a receipt and didn't ask if we wanted sauces. I cannot believe they would let someone so rudeoperate the drive through. This location never gives me my full order. Every time I check my bag, it is missing at least one, usually more items. Which... means I have to get back in the drivethru and wait for them to finally complete my order and by the time I get home my food isalways cold. I did a mobile order this time with hopes that would help them get my order right for once and I drove away withhaving high hopes to reach my destination and have to turn around to head back for the $6 in food I did not receive. I havelived in the area for two years and it seems as though it doesn?t matter who works here they still get it wrong. Just sadbecause I like the food and so does my family. The server hand cup of coffee out the window and never had the cover on, I didn't feel it was off or pop up it was to late it... started collapsing onto me on the way into the car split burning me. BE very careful EVERYONE ! Read more
I asked one time if they would consider adding breakfast to their menu. A month later it was there. I asked if they would get... the new sparkling brisk tea, next thing I know it was there. We have had exactly 1 bad experience where the person on registerdid not know how to place a vegetarian order. Outside of that, this is exactly what you would expect. Read more
Terrible experience. Lady taking the order was rude, no napkins. Not offered any sauce packets. Forgot my Cinnamon Twists, then... when I got them they were half full. Soda had more ice then soda. Don?t waste your time here. Read more
