placed a mobile order in September and the doors were locked. 45 minutes in the drive-thru line and it never moved. Had to go... back to work. Called for a refund and all the manager had to say was if you don't like it, apply for a job. Still fighting for arefund on food I never received. If you are not the only person there to order, it is a 20 minute wait per car in front of you!Go somewhere else!!!! Read more

Don't chance it! This Taco Bell is slow. Most of the time the dining room is closed and the drive through is snail like. There... is no exit from the drive through, so you are stuck. I've been in this line for about 25 minutes on multiple occasions. In this,I can't abide. Read more

This location never ceases to disappoint me... Been here twice in the past week. Both times were drive thru orders. Ordered the... #9 (Mexican pizza, 2 SOFT taco supreme's and a large drink) both times, and got the same results. As you can clearly see in thephoto, theses are NOT SOFT taco supreme's. Even on the receipt, it says SOFT TACO supreme... Both times, they did not give me afork, or ask if I wanted any sauce... Highly disappointed. Read more

Normally a pretty quick, and fast food. Here recently it?s been pretty rough. Almost every time we wait in line it?s 30+ minutes... and the foods not even too great. Tonight we waited 45 minutes to an hour and when we got up to the window the girls in thedrive thru waited to hand us our food, they were playing around with the plastic cups and lids, and they didn?t care to hand usthe right food or drinks. So, if you?re planning on a quick trip with decent food, i?d look somewhere else. Read more

The restaurant runs the best they can and my food is always correct. If I have a mobile order I ditch the long drive thru line... and park in one of the mobile spots then call the store asking for them to bring it out. Due to short staffing their lobby islocked and they?ve always been super friendly and sweet with me! I honestly feel bad for them because the rude customers I havepersonally seen makes me see why it?s hard to keep staff there. I understand they try their best and if they mess up an item onmy order I call the store and ask and they replace it whenever I can get back to the store! I feel bad for the people that show up to work. We has in the drive tru and it took54 minutes from pulling in until we got our... food and finally headed home. Dinning room closed no employee's for that. Just hope people are understanding not hateful... Read more

This restaurant has become absolutely horrible! All of the latest reviews about this place are spot on. The last several times... I've gone here the dine-in is closed and the doors are locked. I always use the mobile app to order in an effort to speedthings up. The first time I had an issue I made the mistake of placing the order for inside pick up and tapping I was there forthem to go ahead and make the order. Upon trying to go inside...doors locked. So at this point you can't cancel the order andthe drive through is wrapped nearly all the way around the building. I decide to just bite the bullet and take the loss on mymoney as that line isn't moving. The next few times, same thing...doors locked at the restaurant. Tonight, once again doorsare locked during prime evening hours while there are 2 employees sitting outside on the sidewalk doing absolutely nothing buttalking on the phone and unlocking the doors for what appears to be delivery services only. Once again, the drive through is 10vehicles deep and not moving at all. I really don't know how anyone can have the patience to wait 30+ minutes in line for this. Really not sure what has happened to this place, it used to be run pretty efficiently until the last several months. Bottomline for me, I'm done with this location until they fix this circus. One star is being generous for this location. The service is horrible. They are very slow and have no sense of urgency to get... orders completed. Our last trip, we sat through the drive through line for 45 minutes, with three other cars in front of us. Ourorder was incorrect and nobody seemed to care what service they were putting out or how long we sat in the line. You cannotleave the drive through line once you place your order. We will not go back to this location in the future. Read more
