Francos is normally a go to for pizza. On this particular day, when I got home after picking it up, I discovered that my dough... was still raw in spots. I immediately called, and was rudely told by the girl that answered the phone that she couldn't help me,I needed a manager. I asked to speak to one, who just said they'd credit the money in their system, so next time I called, itwould be there. Didn't really solve the problem of the raw pizza and now my lack of dinner. Haven't tried to order again, so Idon't know if the credit is actually there or not. But really disappointed in the Customer service. Read more

The pizza is good from Franco?s, the only problem is they have gotten our order wrong the last 3 times we have ordered. The... latest order we double checked the order at pick- up and the store manager verified the contents of the order. When we got ithome it was wrong again. We have ordered from Franco?s for many years, I know it is hard to find good help but when your arepaying more for pizza and wings it would be great to get the right order. Read more
So much bang for your buck! The chicken fingers are enormous! You can cut one in half and it?s like 2 regular size fingers at... other places. The large pizza is like the size of what some places call their ?party? pizzas! And it?s always super deliciousand good quality. We were recommended to try Franco's as first time visitors to Buffalo... The pizza itself great, I expect if you're going here... you already know about buffalo style pizza (no, not buffalo chicken, but native to the area). If you're from out of town,buffalo pizza is a cross between Detroit and Chicago style with a bit of New York City flair... Really good crispy cheese bakedon the edges, tons of toppings, and cut into squares. A square pizza in a square box, rectangle really. The staff at thislocation was so nice, helped us understand what we were getting into and what buffalo pizza is all about... Then even asked ifit lived up to the expectations as we were leaving (it did, btw). They do have a few tables for dining in, but you aren'tserved, per se. We?re a regular customer, Franco?s is our go to. We ordered online this time for a later pickup time. Seemed the order was made... right away. Food wasn?t fresh. Ordered pizza and wings. 10 piece wing also came with 2 real small chicken wings, 1 of which Iwouldn?t even consider (1) chicken wing. Wings are real pricey as it is, hate to get a few wings you only get like 1 bite outof. We?re disappointed. Read more
We go here often as it is close and we like their pizza and wings. Last visit was Halloween, I put my order in early in the day... online figuring they'd be busy and they definitely were. My order was right and almost on time(they were swamped). I'm almostalways happy with the pizza and wings, here and there they will have some a wimpy wing it two in the mix which sucks but it iswhat it is. Most of the time they're on point. Read more
