1st, let me start off with the employees. Always super pleasant. From someone who worked in fast food for 6 years I applaud... their attitudes. Always smiling and always cheerful. 2nd, I might be jinxing myself, I have yet to have a mess up or mistake onan order. This is tough to do with the amount of food that is being moved on a daily basis. Which I totally understand if it didhappen. 3rd, it's such a nice looking place. I came in this afternoon November 27th and I ordered a mcrib. Who I believe was the manager (I didn't get her name) in a neon... pink dress shirt told me they were out of the sauce, however she suggested using their regular BBQ sauce packets. I said sure. Maybe have like 4 of them? She said of course. So they cooked my mcrib and brought it out and to my delight they also warmedup the sauce packets so they wouldn't cool down the meat. Ordered a 2 for $5 double cheeseburger and hot and spicy. Only received a chicken patty and bread for the hot and spicy. Only... the two burger patties and bread for the double cheeseburger. Won't be coming back here Read more
My friend and i decided too go there after we got off work for dinner. We road are bikes through the pouring rain only too pay... and get our food then she told us we?re not aloud too sit inside because we are students/minors. The workers all startedgiggling like 12 year old until i asked for my refund which wasn?t even correct. Don?t understand why you would kick every malestudent out because of an incident a year ago and especially 2 kids coming inside in the pouring rain. Read more
I placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to pick it up, was given my receipt and my drink, after 5 minutes at the... window the cashier says "we are gonna place you on hold can you please move up" so I do, and then 15 minutes goes by before I goin and ask for my order, the app didnt display my very last order so I gave the receipt and they had to make the full orderagain, causing me to be late getting back to work from my lunch break. It was ok as far as fast food goes I guess. Honestly I would say quality is failing and the prices are high. Not a family... friendly choice for budget. Read more
Form my experience the food is always fresh and hot. And put together cleanly better than ones in other Cities around here
Friendly staff and quick service. Food is very fresh. Prices are a bit on the high end.
