Terrible experience!! I had 3 $2.00 rewards that expired that night. My husband and I ordered protein bowls and after my... husband's bowl was done I noticed the lettuce was completely brown! I told her that and she proceeded to get a huge bag of freshlettuce and put a very small amount in my bowl and kept all the brown lettuce in the bowl! I was shocked and she didn't evenapologize and I felt it was a bother and I had to tell her I appreciated it. Of course, she didn't touch or throw out thelettuce in my husband's bowl! I am not a picky person, but that was unacceptable especially for a place that advertises FRESHfood! To make matters worse, the 3 $2.00 rewards were not taken off our bill which we told her about. She supposedly put the$6.00 back on card, but it never showed up on our bank account. Shame on the manager there! I could have made a big stink aboutit, but I didn't want to make a scene!
