Terrible experience!! I had 3 $2.00 rewards that expired that night. My husband and I ordered protein bowls and after my... husband's bowl was done I noticed the lettuce was completely brown! I told her that and she proceeded to get a huge bag of freshlettuce and put a very small amount in my bowl and kept all the brown lettuce in the bowl! I was shocked and she didn't evenapologize and I felt it was a bother and I had to tell her I appreciated it. Of course, she didn't touch or throw out thelettuce in my husband's bowl! I am not a picky person, but that was unacceptable especially for a place that advertises FRESHfood! To make matters worse, the 3 $2.00 rewards were not taken off our bill which we told her about. She supposedly put the$6.00 back on card, but it never showed up on our bank account. Shame on the manager there! I could have made a big stink aboutit, but I didn't want to make a scene! I live in the neighborhood right behind Walmart. So I go to Walmart a lot but I?ve never really gone to Subway. I tried it a few... months ago and I?m gonna tell you it was one of the best subs I ever had. Went there again tonight and I had the same girl thatI had the last time behind the counter. Used to love this location but since the new owners took over its complete trash now. The fountain drinks are flat half the... time. Black stuff comes out with the ice. They keep changing the menu and stopped carrying the subway vinaigrette. Read more
This franchise has fallen apart. They NEVER have enough workers. One person during rush hour! Placed an online order and when I... arrived at my time to pick up they hadn?t even started my order. Stuck waiting an additional 20 minutes which was time I didn?thave to spare. But since I had already paid was stuck waiting even when the girl working chose to take a Walmart employee aheadof my order that had already been placed to get her back on the floor.
