Been going to this location for a while now because my kids work at a nearby car wash. When I drop them off I go grab them... something to eat from this location. In the past I have not had a good experience at all. Recently I have been waited on by aman named Drew. I have to say he gets my order right every time and is super friendly which I am really truly not used to atthis location. Beware, I gave this location many chances.. more times than less my order was wrong, they argue with you if you come back for... the correct order. Don?t order on the app until you verify their actual opening times.. it can vary by the day.. I contactedcustomer service and the assured me someone from the store would be getting back to me within a week.. I continued to sendmessages back and forth to customer service and gave up after 3 months with no resolve. congrats on getting my first one starreview. Don?t waste your time! Read more
Don't order latte from there they literally Don't know how to make it. I ordered a few times and the last time I went inside and... watched the guy making it. The drink tasted like just warmed milked. It's really annoying i rather have them say i don't knowhow to make it so o can order something else. Read more
BUYER BEWARE Went in and had had gotten gas at the mobile, and Wanted a fresh coffee and there were two people on staff with two... vehicles or less in the drive thru. I stood there for 10 mins and was looked in my face twice and looked away. Absolutely noconsideration for my time. They just let anybody collect a pay check at this place. What a awful Tim Hortons location (not the gas station) love the "no bathroom due to covid" sign. In other words the employees... are to lazy to maintain and clean it, not surprised most of them don't look like they made it past 10th grade. Read more
Showed up at 6:25pm, wanted a BLT meal and a smoothie, they said they were about to close and couldn?t make food or the... smoothie. They close at 7pm. When we pulled up to the window it smelled like fresh kettle chips which is what I was hoping toget with my meal, so not sure why we couldn?t get food. Coffee was at least made right. Read more
Customer service is truly dead. We went there this morning and ordered the most basic order - 2 medium black coffees. Get home,... and both have creamer in them. Went back, got the replacement ones. Not one apology for the mistake or inconvenience. The oneworker said they'd get us new ones and then the other kid who gave us our drinks literally said nothing as they handed themover. I wasn't expecting fanfare but I think one apology was warranted. Read more
Tired of the coffee now. Used to get it daily and sometimes more than once. I only stop for a breakfast sandwich now. Donuts I... get elsewhere and also I buy my coffee from BLACK RIFLE COFFEES, as it's a veteran owned company which i support now and hasfabulous coffees. Hortons will always have my business, just no longer for the items mentioned. Read more
