Terrible customer service experience. I called to ask their fee for wedding cake tasting and consultation. When I asked that,... Ruth? was very rude. She said that's not what they do and started asking me bunch of questions, then started lecturing me on howother brides call cake places 8 -10 months early. I wasn't even calling to request a wedding cake. I called to ask how muchtheir tasting was but I got no answer to that, just lecturing. Also, every couple has different situations. We're having ourwedding last minute for a reason. Read more

Once again this bakery surpasses it's already excellent products. This is my go to for a delicious and fresh sandwich freshly... made, the bakery goods are always fresh and delicious, the chocolate cherry muffin is out of this world. When I needed aspecial birthday cake, the staff produced a beautiful and delicious masterpiece. Thank you so much. Many great selections at this little bakery. We have been customers since the bakery opened. The suggestion I make now is also... the opinion of several recent customers who just happened to be in the store with me at the same time. The following situationhappens frequently. The staff, with the exception of one very outgoing employee who understands customer service and just beingpleasant, is very sullen. The majority of time the staff have their backs to customers when the customer walks in. Rarely willthey turn around or even greet you. Even when there are just two people waiting for help the staff will not respond. One morninga woman and I waited for over 15 minutes for help. It was 8:30. This morning a staff member began tapping her fingers on thecounter signally me to move closer instead of just asking me to come closer. Customer training is important. The outcome helpseveryone. I work in a hospital, and it is nice to at least start the morning in a pleasant way. I come in frequently and yes, Ispend money and leave a tip but not always leave happy. Read more

Who knows if their pastries are as good as they look? Piles of them sitting unsold because they prefer to play the Covid game,... even after it?s over. I saw at least six staff in there but the owner said they didn?t have enough ?help? to wipe tables afteryou serve yourself at the counter? Truly pathetic customer service and I won?t be going back because they don?t even let youknow this until after you pay and TIP THEM?!????????? Read more
