Great food. Staff is really nice. When I sat at the bar a few months ago, food came fast and bartender was really... kind/attentive. Calamari was done just right. Ordered chicken parm for pick up tonight and asked if I could buy somebread/butter + they just gave it to me. Will definitely return anytime I’m in the area. Read more
Prime 82 made food for my girlfriends granddaughters sweet 16 birthday a few days ago. We ordered lasagna, baked ziti, baked... macaroni and cheese, chicken and broccoli Alfredo, sausage peppers and onions and a salad. Every item was delicious and cookedperfectly and it was ready for me to pick up at the time I asked for. Everyone at the party raved about how good the food wasand asked where it came from. Absolutely horrible service! We were there for my birthday and waited well over an hour for the food. More like an hour and a... half. No apology. Nothing. Other people came and ate and left before we were even served. And to top that off the waiteractually chased us down at the door because he felt his tip was not good enough!! So rude. If we would have been served in adecent amount of time the tip would have been more! Will never eat there again. Read more
I was brought here as an early birthday lunch and I was disappointed to see how dirty the utensils were. Both my friend and I... had dirty silverware - hers was worse than mine. The food was delicious and it didn't take too long to cook but no one wants tosee dirty silverware. It should be looked at properly before wrapping in napkins and put on the tables for guests to eat withthem. Read more
The experience here was amazing, the staff, especially serena, was PHENOMENAL! They helped me execute my mom's birthday... Celebration perfectly. The drinks were strong, but still delicious. The food was amazing, especially my lobster burger picturedbelow YUM. The only complaint I could say is that the baked potatoes were undercooked. This is definitely one of those classic restaurant/banquet facility combos, attached to a hotel, that has great food, but could... use a little updating, both inside and out. We were sat immediately, the food was wonderful, and the service was decent, too.Chairs were uncomfortable. Prices were on par with most other eateries in that genre and area. Read more
