My husband and I came for Ogden Restaurant Week 2022 and we tried the six course tasting menu that was offered. The food was... wonderful. Lots of unique ingredients that aren't often showcased, like thresher shark, quail confit, and chicory. We enjoyedall of the courses. I was glad to see they offered a tasting menu, as it was a great opportunity to get to know the chef and thekitchen's abilities. We also tried a few of their craft cocktails and were pleasantly surprised. They use a lot of local spiritsthat we hadn't tried, so we were glad for the variety. I will say that the Rabbit Tail cocktail was a little heavy-handed on thevermouth, which some might really enjoy but was a little much for me. Aside from food and drink, our server was great. Shehandled our many courses with ease and was very kind and pleasant without spending too much time at the table (we're introvertsso we appreciated not having to chit-chat for too long). The atmosphere was solid. It was slower for a Friday than I wasexpecting, especially during Restaurant Week. But it was nice to be able to hear each other! All in all, we'll definitely comeback. Always enjoy the ambiance of this place. First time in since the pandemic started. Empty place on a Thursday night. Great... Manhattan's to start with. Went with the chefs tasting for both of us, it was almost great. The shark and quail were both overdone. But still had great flavor. The octopus and green curry risotto was simply wonderful. If one takes time to read the menu.It clearly states that a 20% gratuity will be added. The service provided did warrant the gratuity. But if it had not. I wouldhave disputed the gratuity. The bill having the option to add a tip after a gratuity had already been added by the staff seems abit underhanded though, as the bill does not draw attention to the preadded gratuity, which I can see leading customers todouble tipping. Still, we will return. Read more

I did the 5 course meal and everything was amazing. I wish I took pictures or wrote down what everything was. My steak was... cooked perfect, and even at really nice steakhouses, that?s hard to find. Staff was really nice. And they completelyaccommodated my dietary restrictions and told me about every substitution they made. And accommodated my pickiness. Some dishwith fermented grapes over something white was my favorite. They had me eating things I?d never normally try, and I loved them. This is worth another visit to Utah. Read more

Wonderful, cozy atmosphere. The food is a bit on the pricey side but quite delicious. The drink menu had some local favorites... that pair well with the meals! Read more

Tuff to review stars here because I am industry and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly. I brought my lady on her... birthday and we did the tasting menu. Barely saw our server. Hands off is fine though? but this was bare minimum of spoken wordsand time spent at table. The part that gets three stars instead of 4-5 though? auto gratuity on a 2 top. Not only was gratuityadded without consent, from service that was ?ok?(our water ran out and I would?ve ordered red wine with the steak course but henever came back)? when the gratuity was added, it wasn?t mentioned or even circled on the check. As an industry professional, auto gratz are usually on parties of 8 or more and always disclosed. To auto grat a two top is just plain terrible, especiallywithout disclosure. Read more

It's been years but it's as good as we remember. Beautiful, artful food with unique flavors that aren't too out there. They... brought us a cracker appetizer I can't explain but it was light and we enjoyed. Then some cubed house made focaccia with butterolive oil and blueberry balsamic vinegar. This was my least favorite dish, but still good. I missed the traditional balsamictaste. Next up, salad. Mine was a berry & goat cheese salad. House made dressing (not out of a bottle) and very subtle flavoredkiwi yogurt. Full of different textures and light flavors, not overdressed. The perfect amount and so pretty on theplate. Then I got the small plate trout with a citrus sauce that gave it a vibrant flavor. Very small and not a small price tagbut I also ate from my husband's selection. His steak eat perfectly cooked. Only 4 ounces, so not large, but ideal. Not tooheavy. The shrimp were the very best and I would just order them. Roasted vegetables cooked with what I thought was pancettabut it wasn't. It was salami. We each got dessert - me, a triple berry tart with a small scoop of caramel ice cream. Nothingwas overly sweet. The cheesecake had a chocolate sauce with breadcrumbs. Again, not overly sweet and not bitter Trust the chef.Get dessert. Right now dinner only. I've been for lunch before and it was ok. Get reservations and go for dinner. They add on20% and our server got above that. It's really chill and laid back with upscale food. It was about $120 for 2 of us. One beerand water (I'm not a drinker). You do need to take an elevator to get there. It's on the second floor. Read more
