Hot food and reasonable attentiveness. Ordered sauces on the side for 24 shrimp and 20 wings and none on the wings, due to... experiencing over saucing by kitchen staff in past visits. Received 4 sauces and asked for an additional one half way thru themeal, 5 total. Also received 3 ranch dressings total for the above order. When the bill came we were charged for "extrasauces", 6 total and the ranch dressings. Tried to explain to the server how can it be "extra" when you should receive 1 sauceper 6-8 pieces +/-. Got the typical deer in headlights look. She confired with her manager and then came back said because Iordered them on the side they would not take them off. I realized it was futile to continue the conversation. Will take this upwith Corporate as well. Will not be going back to this location, check your bill before, not that it matters at all. Read more
The pretzels burnt ,for delivery, and you need to tell your drivers not to sit outside in front of someone?s house all in the... street texting me saying I?m outside! I did not call for an Uber to go anywhere???? and wait for us to come to the car to getthe food they are called a delivery driver for a reason get different people because they suck! That?s why we order delivery tohave it delivered to our house, since drop it off to the door! Never ordering from here again ! Read more
Excellent service, excellent wings! Why only 3 star? Atmosphere unconducive to an enjoyable meal. Way to LOUD! Please, I'm deaf... enough! Aircraft engines are quieter. Made me hurriedly eat and leave. Did I say way too LOUD!?? Sorry I can't hear YOU! WHAT!??Bring ear protection with you. I did politely ask for the music to be turned down to just below where I could hear myself think,but she ignored my request as she did acquiesce that is was a bit loud. No matter where you sit don't even try to have aconversation much less an enjoyable meal. Went back after posting and reply. Still unable to hear myself think. One complaint.They don't care. Well done today! After watching the slow demise of Hooters across the country over the last several years, today was different.... Hooters used to be a really great place for a good beer and some great and to have fun. This location in particular as well asseveral across the country have really gone downhill. From food that was getting bland and tasteless, to waitresses that werenot engaging and seemed to resent working at Hooters. Today was different and I am pleased to say that it has restored my faith!The food was great including the butter-based wings which some hooters have taken away. It was hot and flavorful like the olddays. My waitress in particular was reminiscent of what a Hooters girl used to be, fun, smiling, actually paid attention to myneeds and checked on me! It was a little busy for her to talk to me while I ate but that?s fine. Devyn should be commended as astar of what a Hooters dining experience should be! (Gorgeous to boot) My only complaint was the bathroom was a little dirty,but that could very well have been a nasty customer right before I got there. Ordered carry out as we often do i walked up to the area of the bar that I?m always directed for carry out stood their for a... very long time the bar tender never even spoke to me and we were face to face on numerous occasions finally a waitress from thefloor took care of me I know common courtesy should be taught by the parents at a younger age but at the end of the day themanager is to be held accountable for the lack of respect their employees give to the customer in my opinion that?s bad form Read more
