It's been about 2 years since I've last eaten at Red Lobster because they've changed the way they prepared the items on the menu... and, to be honest I wasn't happy. I went back yesterday and it was wonderful. At the bar Harbor Bank and it was spectacular.They took out some of the noodles and put in more of the seafood which is always nice. Read more
Seriously need to update the facilities. First I took my daughter to use the ladies room. 1st problem the bathroom smelled like... pee and air freshener. All the toilets were dirty. One had urine all over the seat, the middle stall had dried urine with downthere hair stuck in it and the other stall had poo smeared on it. An employee came in putting paper towels and I said thetoilets are nasty. She just walked out. I never seen anyone go back in and clean it. My son used the men's room and told me theurinals were backed up with urine. Food was fairly okay. Got the kids lobster, it smelled funky and tasted super fishy. Themanager did take it off and apologized, but made excuse that lobsters are moulting and sometimes tastes like that. Never heardof that before. I love Red Lobster, but not this location. The server was really nice and very helpful. Manager was nice too,but I don't like to hear excuses. An apology is sufficient and I appreciate that. Read more
The entire staff was great. We were seated in the bar area. Zack, who knows our preference in drinks, met us at our table with... his usually warm greeting + drinks. This guy knows customer service! He was followed up by CJ(Christopher) who knocked it out ofthe park! To be fair, we do visit this restaurant quite a bit but, the service is the absolute best, the reason we continue tocome back. It's been aloooooong while since I've been to Red Lobster. Still a great place for something good.
The waiter and manager was very nice, the food was ok, the waiter informed me that they were bought out by a chinese company, so... they were a lot of chinese dishes on the menu.I ordered a pina colada drink, it was very good. The only thing i would say needsto ve done is dusting and cleaning, i had to clean the wall i sat by because it was dirty and had old food stuck on it, and themini lamp was so dusty and the seats looked like wolverine attacked it. We were looking for a place to eat near our hotel. After having a neutral experience at another Red Lobster's location, we... decided to give this place a chance. The staff was great, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the food tasted amazing! It'sdefinitely one of the better Red Lobster locations we've been to. Read more
Pros 1. Food hot and fresh 2. Food tasted good 3. Servers seemed to work hard 4. Did not wait long before being seated 5. Not... busy during visit (Monday evening) 6. Tidy and floor was free of trash 7. Food tasted good/fine but was nothingmemorable Cons 1. The main dining area seemed too dimly lit 2. Look closer at building it needs some maintenance andcleaning 3. People in our party felt it was chilly due to being placed right under vents Summary Wait time is expected. Around25 to 35 minutes for table of 7. Did not visit the bathroom so no comment. Did not appreciate being misgendered but want to beunderstanding of that front so no worries. Read more
This place was fantastic! The food came out hot and the service was amazing! Kali was such a great server! I ordered the Salmon... New Orleans and my wife ordered the Ultimate Feast. We both enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this Red Lobster! Read more
