Probably the worst Pollo on this side of town. Every time we?ve ordered from here, the order is wrong, something is missing and... today, we ordered and made to wait a good amount of time just to be told there was no chicken. The girl in drive thru right now at this time got my whole order wrong had to correct her on a few things and she didn't charge... me for two things I asked for. It's annoying when you know what you ordered and then get home and it's incorrect. You crave thatfood and then you get dissapointed cause it's incorrect. Read more
Arrived at this location at 8:55 on Sunday September 4th. We were told that we cannot sit inside to eat because the restaurant... was closed and only the drive thru is open until 10. This is not reflected on the website and it does not make any sense. Wealso wanted the crispy chicken and at 8:55, there was no crispy chicken left, asked for Mac and Cheese as a side and we weretold that they have not had Mac and cheese in months yet it is still on the menu? Staff also seemed irritated with having towork. Very disappointed with this location as we loaded a family of 5 in the car to eat here. Will not come back . Read more

Nicest Pollo Tropical I've visited yet! Great food, great sauces, generous portions, and a clean and comfortable dining area.... The Tropichops bowls are our favorite, with plenty of options to mix up the base, protein, and toppings. I'm a fan of the mangoiced tea. Their wings are also great, with distinctive sauce flavors. I walked over from the hotel because it said you were open until 10. I walked in the lobby at 945. I was told I could only go... through the drive thru. I explained I flew in from out of town and did not have a car. They still refused. I called the managersaid they closed the lobby an hour early because they were short staffed. There were 6 people in there. Sorry but that's notshort staffed. Great way to treat visitors from out of town or anyone actually. Read more
