Been going to this location more than 10 years and tonight was my last time. Paid 50 bucks on a online order for a whole chicken... family meal, 5 chicken wings and an order of plantains. They didn't bother calling me to let me know they have only pork left?Didn't give me any proof my order wasn't made, so what do I do? Call them up and ask for a refund on good faith? they said I hadto call customer care to request a refund, I order white meat often and they always give me dark, a lot of the times my chickenwas dry and hard and tiny. They barely put dressing on my salad, they give me the wrong beans and bread is hard. sometimes theyget a rush and are waiting on chicken and it's undercooked. Never returning here again. Read more

Everytime I come here my order is messed up. My brown rice was so hard my chicken was extra small and dry and I didn't bother... calling because no ever answers the phone. I think I am officially done with this particular pollo tropical. Read more
In orlando for 2 months now eating fast food like nobody's business and so I'm getting tired of the same old stuff. I bump into... this place and it brought me back home. The food was delicious, staff was extremely polite and I even took food back to our roomfor later. Employee Tatiana was the best, she's a keeper. ???? Thank you! Read more
Grabbed a take out dinner containing family grilled chicken meals - which came with a whole grilled chicken, brown/yellow rice,... bread rolls and black beans. We also got the chimichurri tomato, and fries (which are actually wedges) as sides. Consideringthat this is fast food I was impressed by the quality and flavours of everything, which tasted fresh, non-greasy, and not toosalty / saucy. Value wise the prices are quite good for the portions sold. One complaint is that the service sucked...definitely double check that they got your order right before leaving (they missed our fries at first, and this has happenedbefore with our previous orders). We also requested sauce but the worker said they were out of all sauces (she kept repeating"we are all out of sauce" as we asked in disbelief for different pollo sauces) so we got none with our order.... Funnily enough,after a few moments a dining in customer asked for a sauce refill and the same worker gave them more sauce. I was very friendlyand understanding, while she looked extremely annoyed when I asked for our missing fries (which we paid for) so I'm not sure ifthat's why she was giving me attitude. DO NOT GO HERE!!!????????????????If I could give this place zero stars I would. At this point this is one of the worst Pollo... tropical I have ever been to. I?ve given this spot many chances, and have had to ask for a refund the last three times that I?vebeen here on Saturday afternoon there were four people who had requested a refund due to how disgusting the rice and the beans .The beans were nearly burnt, and the rice that they serve wasn?t even fully cooked and had no type of flavor at all it justtaste like mashed rice That was still hard and honestly look like wet dog food. the coke that I had also ordered taste likestraight water. They served it to me from all three machines the one from the drive-through and both from the front and all ofthem taste like water. The service here is horrible. Everyone is lost. The manager is arguing in the background with people andemployees and they treat their customers horribly. They get upset when you ask for a full refund after serving food thathonestly would not even will be served in a prison New management needs to take over this Pollo tropical.
