Stay away from THIS pollo tropical. In LIFE, I have never experienced any worst "WAIT" SERVICE AND FOR OUR ORDER TO BE SO WRONG.... I love polli tropical, but this location........never again. 25 minutes wait in line and a good 5 to 10 minutes on the (get myorder prepped ready...... remember this adress, to bad I forgot to take pics on the full line of customer. But I took a littlelatter. Customers..........humans don't deserve, THAT service. They were lucky, my wife and her cousin were the ones, to gotrough that!. The worst customer service ever. When you enter the store, it says "order online, skip the line". We did so. The order was... placed at 7:00 pm and the food was brought at 9:00 pm. 2 hours late. Not only it was late, all the items were wrong or missingingredients. During the wait, I asked the manager for a refund, she refused to do so and then asked me to call the customerservice. I called the customer service 4 times. No one picks it up and I was asked to leave a message. So, you don't get yourfood, you are not given a refund for your order, all you can do is just wait for hours... Do not ruin your vacation. Just goto a decent place and eat great food. If using uber to deliver, you never know what you will get. We?ve ordered 3 times and never received what we ordered. ... Switching out meats?.leaving off the beans and rice but charging the same price?sauces haven?t been included yet?.I?ve still notgot to taste this great bbq sauce I?ve been hearing about. I?m sitting here eating chicken and pulled pork?dry?without any sauceand only a roll as carbs?no beans or rice. But what I have is delicious! And yes, We tipped well. Read more
Went to buy some food after a long day at the water park, payed gat my bag and drove home. When a sat the the family at the... table noticed that the didn't give me the chicken. Called about 5 times no one answer the phone. Was about to head to thestore, wich is 40 min from mi house but a storm passed by. Went the next day to complain about the situation and the managertold me I was my job to check my bag before leaving the store. I understand her point but it's not my job to make sure yourstaff is doing their job is your responsibility, she ended giving me the meal, but thats what happenes when young irresponsiblepeople run a store. Food not was it used to be , dry chicken the rice was very sticky like sushi rice and the beans very watery.In fact a total mess. Thanks for the poor customer service . Worst value for the money! Boy do I feel ripped off. I paid $7.48 for a burrito smaller than one from Taco Bell. You can see in... the photo it is smaller than the fork it comes with! I could have gotten 3 bigger burritos for the same price from Taco Bell.The $11 chicken plate comes with 2 sides, but each side is only about 4 tablespoons (see photo). The dinner roll made me laughit was so small - like a postage stamp. About 1/4 the size of a KFC biscuit. Oh, and they also left out another item I paid for. So $20+ for fast food, and we are both still very hungry! Read more
I?m dissatisfied with the attitude you get threw drive thru. My husband chicken Cesar wrap had no chicken ???? in it and was... very sloppy and messy. My soup ???? was more then the chicken ???? wrap but soup ???? was ok ? please train your employeesbetter. If you ask for sauce at the window ???? expect attitude. Read more
I remember the food was good at this location but I don't know what happen ....I asked for a crispy cuban sandwich and it was... not fresh taste like old fried chicken and really hard to chew. Service is really bad long lines and people complaining all thetime in their orders. Read more
