Food was decent, Our waitress kind of disappeared, assuming her shift ended, but didn't see her replacement for a long time. ... Finally put my credit card on the table to signal we were ready to leave. Read more

We had 1 waitress for the entire cafe and bar. Wings were rubbery and uncooked. I wouldn?t eat the first order of wings so they... brought out more, they were worse than the first order. ????. Waitress was very nice and explained that they parboil before deepfry which explains everything. They could be the #1 spot in town but they have bratty help, if that?s what you want to call it,that doesn?t want to do what they?re told. 2 stars because I know what the waitress is dealing with or it would be 1. Icompletely understand why the Mexican restaurant in Orville is always busy they bust their butts and have excellent service. Read more

Food was GREAT! Although we had a group of 11 people, service was top notch. Would definitely eat at Jerry's again!!!

Service is very slow or non existent. ???? There is never a bartender . Only a few servers. Needs some serious changes . They... either mess up your order , forget to put your order in or walk by u numerous times and never wait on u. Used to be one of myfavorite places to gather with friends etc. Read more

Fun atmosphere, the patio upgrade is nice. Food is average and they have a decent beer selection, but service is notoriously... slow. Don't plan for a quick stop if you come here, and there's always a mixup if you have separate checks. Read more

Wanted to stop for a quick bite, turned into a very frustrating experience. Asked if they had a type of beer, answer I got was... ?I don?t know? and just got stared at. Took over an hour to get some warmed up grocery store food. Staff and owner would best bedescribed as inept. I come every 4-6 months because I forget how poorly managed this place is, but I won?t again. As the onlygame in town, literally, they should be a lot better. Save yourself the frustration and go to Wooster or Montrose Read more

The food is pretty good, but I ordered the Trolley burger tonight and it was way too greasy. Jerry's has a nice atmosphere and... feels very welcoming. The beer is fresh and cold! Jerry's is a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Read more

I've been wanting to give this place a try, for a very long time. My wife has a hard time trying new places, so I rarely get to... try something new. This place was OK, but I walked away thinking I wasted a good opportunity, because I agree with most of hernegative impressions. To the positive, as opposed to many who have commented the prices are too high, I don't get that. Forwhat we had, I really couldn't expect to pay any less, anywhere else, of similar quality. They have a respectable choice ofdraft beer, a big plus, for me. I had a "Firehouse" IPA, which was very good (sorry, I don't have any additional info on thatbrew) My wife ordered a hamburger and waffle fries. The burger was good, but not outstanding. The waffle fries were overcooked, somewhat dry inside. I had the fish dinner. The fish appeared to be perch, not, IMHO, Alaskan pollock, which is advertised. Nota problem, because it was very good. The tartar sauce, which was in a squeeze bottle at the table, was exceptional. The "taterbabies" were good. The coleslaw was better than most. The place was clean, always a plus. To the negative, the backgroundmusic was actually foreground music. It was mostly country music, and way too loud for a couple, who like to talk to each other.I'm not a country music fan, and I don't like loud music when I dining. I know there are many who would love this aspect of therestaurant. I'm not one of them. Finally, I've read in previous reviews, how great the service is. Maybe we arrived at thewrong time (4:45 PM). Maybe there was a shift change, or something going on. There was one woman tending bar, and one waitingtables. We waited 10-15 minutes before someone came to us with menus and drink orders. The drinks came promptly. She asked if wewere ready to order. We said no. She didn't return for at least ten minutes. By the time the food arrived, there were at leastthree other wait staff on duty, so, like I said, it was just bad timing. Our biggest turnoff for Read more
