The customer service was poor. I asked the employee (a young south asian guy) for extra ketchup at the drive thru. He told me... to remind him when i was at the window. I reminded the employee and he just shook his head and handed me the bag. I purchased 4orders and only receive 4 single ketchup after asking for extra. He also did not say thank you or smile during the interaction.Customer service could definately be better. Read more
Just bought a famous chicken sandwich combo and some hot wings from this store. The hot wings tasted so awful, the chicken has... very bad and disgusting smell. I vomited right away after I had two pieces. ???? Update: 20 minutes after I ate this, I haddiarrhea. Read more
This place for one customer service is just not apart of both manger and employee actions to their customers. So it leads me to... think that the employees follow what they see their manners do smh Also it?s amazing to hear when asked a customer it seemslike drive thur is first priority and the front of store means nothing to them the customer answer was yes. The lady said it?salways like this and the customer inside needs to wait. So you see this location it?s owner needs to improve the customerservice in the front of the store by having managers lead by example. I am just glad I got there before the dog finished my chicken. KFC increased prices but definitely not the quality. Paid $18... bucks for 6 piece bucket that looked like this. Never again. Read more
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting food! I never order KFC but their Cyber Monday 50% bucket was... a good deal I thought. I waited 2.5 hrs for delivery. Both customer service and this location had user busy when you call. The18 piece bucket was half burnt. The other half was so soggy and greasy it left a grease puddle in the bottom of the bucket. Andthe bucket smelled like burnt grease. We threw half of it in the garbage. The legs look half eaten but that is what it camelike. Never again!! Read more
