I love chipotle but the service at this location seemed so sloppy. I watched who I believe was the manager filling the order for... a customer in front of me. He asked for more rice & he barely added more, then the guy asked for a bit more. He gave him moreand rudely said if you want anymore I will have to charge you. Then he just slopped all the ingredients in his burrito bowl sowhen I ordered a burrito bowl I asked them to drain the liquid off the beans a bit, which he did and then when he scooped thepico with all the juice in the bowl. This location used to be one of the best. Now it is consistently one of the worst. It is guaranteed that every single time I go... there. Some part of my order will be wrong. Most recently they gave me the wrong person's food. Even while inspecting the orderthat I did get. It was supposed to contain double beef, double cheese, double beans, etc. It was barely the standard amount anddefinitely not double. I'm not asking for much. I just want what I pay for. Read more

We have ordered Chipotle catering twice this year (March & September) and are very happy with both experiences! This location... is about a 40min drive 1 direction for us, and the way everything was packed our hot items stayed hot and cold items stayedcold. Perfect for our party and everyone loved the food! Taking my original 4 star rating down to 2. I usually order carryout and their ordering system and timeliness is awesome. No... complaints there. Recently I noticed that the quantity has been reduced dramatically. When it happened the first time I figuredit was just that day but it's happened 2-3 times. Dude to this I tried the Chipotle off 135th and Greenwood (by Academy) andthey seem to still respect the size of the bowl. Read more

A/C was out yesterday. Understandably, there were very few customers in the store. Yet, management was threatening to fire... employees who wanted/needed to go home. The store was over 90°!! Food was still being served that was NOT SAFE to be served.This location needs to be SHUT DOWN. Read more

I have always been a fan of Chipotle but I have had SEVERAL bad experiences at this location with the results of online ordering... and with in person ordering. Tonight there were literally 3 pieces of chicken in one of our online Bol orders and half of myburrito was spilling out. I realize that there is pressure to get the orders done in a timely manner but it should not be doneat the expense of the dining experience. Even while doing in person ordering the team seems to value speed over assembling anappetizing entrée.. if Chipotle takes one thing away from this?. Please slow down!!! I love Chipotle but this experience was appalling. I ordered online and we picked up our food. When we got home this is what I... opened up. Barely had any food in it at all and it was all squished!!
