Obviously, call ahead and pickup is a huge part of their business. In front of the building are three parking spaces. One is... handicap and the other two are for open parking. So, for most of those calling ahead and picking up or just wanting to go inand order and leave, there are two spaces available at the front entrance. Of those two open spaces, one of the employess parkshis Tesla there the entire time he is working, thus leaving only one space for parking in front of the building. Just doesn'tseem very professional to me for an employee to tie up a prime parking space while he is working. Others have noticed this samething and have mentioned to me as well. Anyone else agree? This place has gone down hill sooooooooooo fast. It takes 45 minutes for the staff to prepare anything. People are rude. Half... the time the drink is made wrong - and God forbid you ask for a sleeve for your scorching hot coffee, you?ll end up with a gruntand sigh from the person at the window. DO NOT get in the drive thru unless you want to wait an hour. Read more

I have hesitated to write this review for over a month now. I continue to frequent this location thinking that the last... experience was just a fluke. Today I was watching the frustrated mobile app customers that were all waiting on their order. Themale barista had 0 sense of urgency or concern that one lady had been standing there for 20 minutes and then told her that theydid not have her order. She kindly pointed to the sticker that was posted on the counter and said "there is is, it says Mary".He then fixed 2 other orders before he got to hers. Meanwhile, I did not get my order for another 10 minutes. When I asked aboutmy order, he was condescending and then proceeded to make 2 more orders before he got to mine. Terrible customer service skillsfrom the same barista for over a month. Just terrible. Read more

Awful! I ordered a 10 pump iced Chai. What I received has about 4 pumps in it. The whipped cream is better than the last time at... this location, but it's still not sweet. I at least got some cinnamon on top this time. The price you pay for powders isexorbitant (I usually use my stars). The app also selected this store instead of the one I was closest too. I didn't realizeuntil I pressed order. Read more

Got a full cup of my 3-shot, $5.75 latte, and they followed directions on my $3.75 oatmeal order. It's surprising that I'm... surprised that Starbucks gets this right, but other locations have raised prices and don't get orders correct. Sure, they willmake it right, if you are standing in the store but there is No way to make it right once I pickup and leave a store whentraveling or in my home territory. Most of my customers are starting to request treats from other places that offer moreaccurate service. My order history reflects this... However, This store Did everything correctly. Well done.
