Rude staff and slow service during slow hours. We waited 25 minutes for one kids smoothie while the staff sat around and drank... their own smoothies behind the counter. Once they finally made his drink, they let it sit on their counter for 5 mins to meltand then chose to remake it by adding ice because it was liquid. They are certainly on island time Read more
I enjoy the smoothies and was looking forward to getting one today on my lunch break from the hospital. There?s only one car in... the parking lot so I decide to go in, the person inside was already seated with food, leaving myself to be the only one inthere. I go stand at the register. There are 5 employees in there. Not one of them says hello to me, acknowledges that I?m evena person standing there to even say it could take a minute. I continue to stand there thinking, surely, someone is going to saysomething. After 5 min of no interaction I turn around and leave.. as they looked at me and still not one word was ever said tome. Just went to this Cafe to get a smoothie. I guess I was supposed to stop at the podium to order. No signage. A guy was talking... to another person in their vehicle. So a I drove around to place my order at the speaker. Another car was behind me at thispoint. Instead of taking my order...they wanted me to back up and go back to the podium. Plus, I can Hear them laughing at meand mocking me . I called the manager...same person was laughing at ne...now laughing on the phone. Very unprofessional. This place was nice and the smoothie I had was delicious! Banana blueberry. They had so many kinds and lunch foods as well. Only... complaint is it took awhile but they were very busy! Yum yum yummy! Oh and they had gluten free smoothies. Read more
The cons outweigh the pros for me here. This was my second time going since opening, lines and waits are always long, and... parking lot is difficult to maneuver. Drinks only offered in 1 size. It is difficult for me to drink it all, but feel that Ishould considering the cost of the drink. Today the line was incredibly slow even though we were 5th car in line. No greeting orthank you at the window when we received our order. Won?t be returning anytime soon. Read more

Literally sat at the window for over 30 minutes while they made an 11 smoothie order for Doordash. Had two little kids in the... car, one wanted a smoothie because she was super sick. Would have pulled away and left if the stupid worker hadn?t taken ourpayment immediately when we pulled up to the window knowing that huge order had just come in. Would literally never return fromthe way we were treated. $21 for three smoothies and two of them tasted pretty much like ice. I was LIVID. Also, a .99 up chargeto sub Splenda for sugar is absurd.
