We called ahead to order pizza here, and placed our order so we wouldn't have to wait, and when we got there, the doors of the... restaurant were being worked on, and they wouldn't let anyone in! We drove all that way, and they didn't even mention this onthe phone. They wouldn't give us our order, and we had to wait more time to place a different order somewhere else because theyrefused to give us our food. Very poorly handled. Read more

Very short staffed, and longer than normal wait times for custom pizza. I love their contact-less pickup options
Went to the Palestine store on Friday August 26, 2022 and when we got there at 4:10pm there were no pizzas in the boxes and... there was 15 people inside waiting before we even got there. There was 3 workers in the back and two other workers(not sure ifthey were managers or not) outside by the door smoking. Not once did these two outside go back in and help out.
