We called ahead to order pizza here, and placed our order so we wouldn't have to wait, and when we got there, the doors of the... restaurant were being worked on, and they wouldn't let anyone in! We drove all that way, and they didn't even mention this onthe phone. Went to the Palestine store on Friday August 26, 2022 and when we got there at 4:10pm there were no pizzas in the boxes and... there was 15 people inside waiting before we even got there. There was 3 workers in the back and two other workers(not sure ifthey were managers or not) outside by the door smoking. Not once did these two outside go back in and help out. Went in and ordered two pizzas, one classic hot n ready pepperoni and one classic hot n ready cheese plus a 2 liter soda. My... total came out to over 18 dollars which seemed high, so I looked at my receipt and saw they charged me for an extra most bestestcheese pizza instead of a classic like I had asked, which is a dollar more. I pointed it out and they said they were making anextra most bestest one but I mentioned that I had just wanted a classic. I feel like they should clarify when putting in anorder because I never once asked for extra cheese and that seems kinda fishy to upcharge without asking first.
