Everyone needs to go here. We need to get this place so busy that he has to find a brick and mortar location to grow to similar... or higher size than Fireside. The pizza is AMAZING. Owner is super cool. Having recently moved down from Chicago, this is handsdown one of the best pizza places we have tried within a 30 min drive of here. This is still the best pizza I’ve ever had. Chris is so friendly and accommodating and works really hard to make sure every... pizza is perfect. He uses the freshest ingredients, my new favorite is pepperoni with sausage and black olives. Really glad tohave this new small local business so close. Read more
Ordered one sausage deep dish, one cheese thin crust. Both were delicious! Hubby picked up order, said owner was super nice.... Only negative for us, as a few have stated, sausage is way too spicey! I had the large Tavern Style (thin) cheese and sausage pizza last night.\n\nJust the taste alone could have caused me to eat all... of it in one sitting even though I was full after just half of it.\nNot wanting to make myself sick I put the rest in thefridge, and so happy I did, because it made for a great breakfast.\n\nThis pizza tasted just as good the next day after I heatedit in the air fryer.\n\nI give Pucks & Pizza ???????? We just ordered a deep dish veggie pizza from Pucks&Pizza tonight and I have to say it was one of the tastiest pizzas I have... ever had. Lots of fresh ingredients, two kinds of cheese and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning in the futureto try some of their other offerings. Am I a pizza connoisseur? Not sure. I have however eaten a few metric tons of it in my 40 plus years across this great country... of ours. Gas station pizza, New York, tavern style, coal fire, New Haven pizza. As a Chicagoan I will say that the idea of adeep dish anything usually turns my stomach. So when this was recommended by a friend I was visiting I was not overly excited.Well let me say that I couldn’t have been more wrong. The small puck sized deep dish pizzas are delightfully chewy/crisp andsatisfying. Had a pepperoni and a sausage, and I’ve not stopped thinking about this place since.
