Our takeout order was wrong. After we waited for the correct order to be completed, not only was our order cold, the wings and... fries tasted like they were leftovers and reheated. Our food was so hard we couldn?t bite it. I called and asked to speak to themanager. When I explained my situation to her, she wanted me to take food back for a 20% credit. At 8:50 pm, on a school night,of course I could not go back to show them their mistake. My only option at that time was to make dinner for my family. When Iexplained to ?the manager? that I could not go back, the manager then hung up on me. I called right back and she had theaudacity to hand up on me not once, but 3 times after I asked for headquarters information. I then called from another phone andthe person who answered would not give me the managers name. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. No wonder thisWing stop has so many bad reviews.
