Our takeout order was wrong. After we waited for the correct order to be completed, not only was our order cold, the wings and... fries tasted like they were leftovers and reheated. Our food was so hard we couldn?t bite it. I called and asked to speak to themanager. When I explained my situation to her, she wanted me to take food back for a 20% credit. At 8:50 pm, on a school night,of course I could not go back to show them their mistake. My only option at that time was to make dinner for my family. When Iexplained to ?the manager? that I could not go back, the manager then hung up on me. I called right back and she had theaudacity to hand up on me not once, but 3 times after I asked for headquarters information. I then called from another phone andthe person who answered would not give me the managers name. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. No wonder thisWing stop has so many bad reviews. This bussiness staff is very rude I order food and it wasn?t what I ordered. Instead of taking care of the customer they choose... to hang up on me like tile kids would do. This location is okay, it used to be great. They start cleaning and putting chairs on table to close off areas before 10pm. I... understand employees want to go home but don't close off areas almost 1hr 1/2 before closing time. This location is not verybig. Read more
9 clock and chairs already up! Telling people you can't dine in anymore cause they're not allowed to put chairs down! Remind you... they close at midnight rather lose customers then put chairs down especially on a Saturday ridiculous service here! They haveeveryone in on area where the safety here ! Old burnt fries, butter less biscuits and soggy wings. This one used to be the best Wingstop and now it?s mediocre at best.
Really rude staff and order was wrong as well. When asked to talk to the manager or person in charge they just said no. Didn?t... even try to ask for them. Who ever is in charge of this location needs to be retrained and train the staff. Read more
