Very cute backyard patio with greenery, some couches with fire pits. Inside has a few seats and a small bar. Live music starts... at 630pm which was a nice touch. Good wine menu but small dining menu. A good spot for a date. Read more
Shame on me! Shame on them. I purposely got there for Happy hour. We had 2 glasses of wine during the Happy hour. Then we moved... outside for Dinner and shame on me for NOT looking at the bill more closely (They use a hand held Billing tablet so verydifficult to see your bill amount} I paid the bill and shame on them, I got charged full amount for the wine and no Happy Hourdiscount. Exceptional staff at Vino Locale! One can tell that they put their hearts out to make the place as pleasant as possible. There... was a band playing on Saturday night, which was a great touch. The winetails are such a great idea. Special recommendation forthe sexy soju drink. Extensive wine list with choices for all different kinds of wine drinkers. The downside was that I was alittle lost in the food choice, which is a little too eclectic. The reason I am giving four stars is because the samosas andempañadas were microwaved, which is horrifying. Everything else was prepared fresh however. If they shorten their tapas /starter list a little, it would elevate this place and people would rush in. Right now, there is no clarity in the menu andshortcuts are done to serve the food as quickly as possible. It is unfortunate because they have great ideas, great staff, andan amazing back patio.
