Nice wine bar with small bites. Went for an hour and had a nice seating at one of the fire pits. Recommend trying a glass of... local wine with a couple of bites. The cheese is always a good go-to. Read more

Very cute backyard patio with greenery, some couches with fire pits. Inside has a few seats and a small bar. Live music starts... at 630pm which was a nice touch. Good wine menu but small dining menu. A good spot for a date. Read more

Shame on me! Shame on them. I purposely got there for Happy hour. We had 2 glasses of wine during the Happy hour. Then we moved... outside for Dinner and shame on me for NOT looking at the bill more closely (They use a hand held Billing tablet so verydifficult to see your bill amount} I paid the bill and shame on them, I got charged full amount for the wine and no Happy Hourdiscount. SO BEWARE!! Read more

Exceptional staff at Vino Locale! One can tell that they put their hearts out to make the place as pleasant as possible. There... was a band playing on Saturday night, which was a great touch. The winetails are such a great idea. Special recommendation forthe sexy soju drink. Extensive wine list with choices for all different kinds of wine drinkers. The downside was that I was alittle lost in the food choice, which is a little too eclectic. The reason I am giving four stars is because the samosas andempañadas were microwaved, which is horrifying. Everything else was prepared fresh however. If they shorten their tapas /starter list a little, it would elevate this place and people would rush in. Right now, there is no clarity in the menu andshortcuts are done to serve the food as quickly as possible. It is unfortunate because they have great ideas, great staff, andan amazing back patio. Finally, I was slightly vexed by the fact that they give us a high table by the wall inside the plantseven though half of the restaurant was empty until closure... Read more

Vino Locale is definitely a very nice restaurant with a great selection of local wines as well as from the rest of the world. On... the menu they offer tapas and a great selection of full courses. As an added benefit you can choose between a small but ampleamount of wine. They offer a tasting menu so you may choose the wine that best suits your meal. We had a cheese and charcuterieboard which we found to be delicious. This is a lovely restaurant with tables on the front outside, inside and outside on thebackyard.  We enjoyed having our dinner on the backyard with live guitar music. The staff was also nice and very welcoming. Avery enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! Read more

Awesome wine bar - perfect for an evening of drinks and fun. We were a party of 5, had reservations. The place isn't very large,... so would recommend reservations. As the name suggests, most of the wines are from NorCal... (there may be some from other regions, didn't read every word of the menu :) ) The service was excellent. The wine pours are very generous - they have 6, 9oz options - my advice: if you plan to try a bunch of them, go with 6oz. Tried a cab sav and a cab franc. A couple of fellowdiners had a rose bubbly - all of us really like all the drinks. They also have cocktails - one of us had a soju based drink -she thought it was unique and excellent. The food: several cheese platters and appetizers on the menu. The dinner options arenot very deep but you typically wouldn't go there just for dinner. We got the spanakopita, samosas, vegan meatballs, cheeseplatter - all very good except maybe that I didn't care for the Gouda cheese (maybe aged 6 mos, I prefer the 18). The servicewas excellent - I was the lone non-veg eater at the table, they were very accommodative by adding some salami to our cheeseplatter just for me! The place is a converted house, the seating is in the front yard and a tasteful verdant backyard. There'seven a "threshold" arch so if you want some fun pictures after a few drinks. There was also live music - the guy was mostly intothe classic rock and 80s stuff (our style!!); it was one of our birthdays so he even sang the birthday song and got everyone atthe restaurant to do the chorus - fun stuff! Perfect night out, highly recommend. Read more
