The food is decent, but your staff need to change their attitude towards your customers, mainly the teens.
Awful place to eat! Their service is slow, employees are rude, and the food is usually cold. Spent $44 on 4 burgers, 4 fries,... and 3 drinks. All the burgers were order with cheese, not a single one ended up having cheese on it. Then the employee takingour order made a rude comment about our order being so big! The fries were soggy and cold. If you order at the drive thruprepare to be waiting at least 15 mins for any order. Read more
Very irritating experience. We ordered something on the menu and were told they didn't have that. We told her it was on their... menu and what it included. She said she would talk to her manager about how to ring it in. When we got to the window, she saidthey don't have it anymore. The manager said there was no button for it. We said, that wasn't our fault, it is on their menu.She would not adjust it. I've worked fast food, I know it can be done. This is a horrible manager that doesn't understandcustomers pay her salary. Come in, noone running front counter, after 5 min seen their kiosk was working. Ordered 2 cheese burgers and large fries. 10... min later this woman comes out and said can I help you. I said we been waiting on 2 burgers for a while, she turns around andproceeds to talk trash thinking we can't hear her. 25 minutes later the manager Connie brings me my order. 25 minutes for 2burgers, seriously? I could of fired up my charcoal grill and had 2 done with 5 min to spare. Makes me sad for this little town.. this is by far the worse McDonald's I have ever been too.. wait times are ridiculous... especially for curbside. Nothing speciaI with the food either.. my frappe was not a frappe, it was watered down coffee!!guarantee you are not priority! 15 min wait easy!! That's half your lunch!!! If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a simple cheeseburger and received a bun with nothing on it. No patty, no condiments,... just cheese. Also, not one of the employees we're wearing gloves at all. So what? I'm supposed to be ok with someone scratchingthemselves and then touching my food? Ewwww. Not for me at all.
