this location used to be so good but in recent weeks has gotten so so bad. went a few days ago and ordered a frozen drink as... well as a few other drinks. i got the other drinks but the frozen one didn?t come out after sitting for a few minutes the guycomes to the window and says ?is there something else you?re waiting on?? i informed him that i have yet to receive the frozendrink he goes ?didn?t i give u an iced drink?? and i said ?i got MY iced drink but not the frozen drink? he says ?oh..? walksaway and brings back a black iced coffee. like? what? then he took another ten minutes to make the drink as another girl juststood there awkwardly. decided to go back to maybe give it another chance and got an iced caramel coffee and the whole bottomwas a layer of carmel and sugar not stirred in. the iced was also melted and made the whole drink watered down before i evendrank it. i literally don?t know what happened to this location because it used to be really good. Terrible customer service. I noticed they made my coffee wrong once I got to the window so the claimed to "fix it" by basically... heating up the iced latte she initially made. They also used the wrong milk. The hot latte was cold once I drank from it. Iwent back inside and asked her to remake it once more. She proceeded to remake it and handed me this disgusting cup. I realizedshe also used regular milk when I got home. They hire immature employees- this is not the first time I have had an issue withrude and terrible service. Read more
Employees here really don?t care. There was a line around the building in drive-thru and when we went in there was only one... other customer in the store. We had to wait at least for 30 minutes for our drinks. That one employee started then left to sitthere until another employee noticed I was getting really mad. We had ordered 2 large iced Caramel Craze Lattes. Neither one hadall the toppings it is supposed to have for that kind of latte. Not a single employee really said anything to either each otheror their customers. One employee (not sure if she was on the clock or not) was sitting at a table playing on her phone. Even ifshe was on break/off she should have at least offered to help through the rush. My best guess is she was on break because shewalked to the back made herself a drink and slowly walked back to sit back down. She moved no slower than the rest of the crewworking in there. By the time we left the line had only move maybe 2 cars in drive-thru and the lobby had a long line and morecoming in. Went through the drive-thru just to get a quick small coffee. The place was empty, only one car at the location just at the... check out window, no one waiting to order before or after me. I waited to order for a bit thinking maybe one person was workingor something. I would have hoped that at least someone would come through the mic to let me know they'll take my order soon, butthere was nothing. Disappointed at the customer service side having to leave, just wasted my time. Read more
I would always give this location 5 stars, it?s the one I stop at in the morning to treat the kids to a donut before school... every few weeks. The staff is always friendly and the food is always great! I am writing this review today to highlight myexperience yesterday. I brought the kids for their treat for the week,we were rushing that morning but we made it out on time tostop at Dunkin! I order the donuts, slide my card in and declined! (It expired on the 31st!) I?m visibly upset as I have no cashand not a credit card on me! Looking down at my kids ready to tell them I am sorry and we have to leave, without a donut or anybreakfast, the cashier Sabrina didn?t hesitate to pay for the kids donuts! I was beyond thankful! It might just be a donut tosomeone, no big deal right? Wrong! She saw the stress on my face, she knew how upset the kids would be and it would affect theirday, and she chose kindness, which I feel most of the world has lost in the recent years. Went through the drive-thru this evening at 8::50PM something; I understand the store closes at 9:00PM. However, I?m in... hospitality and we don?t turn away customers even if it?s minutes before closing. After waiting for an extended period of time, the girl came to the speaker and rudely informed me they were closed. Quite a shame and terrible customer service. My god this is the worst store in the area! Used to go here frequently until they started making my drink wrong every time, but... today I happened to be in the area and figured I'd give it a try again. These idiots couldnt even get the order typed in! Ispoke loudly, clearly, and slowly so they could get it right. The girl repeated it back to me incorrectly twice, passed theheadset to someone else, who also proceeded to act like asking for "cream and sugar" was a foreign language from ancient times.Never going there again. The snow road location has competent employees that can take an order without their brain frying. Read more
I was going through the drive thru 3 times a week for about a month early morning.They have never had great customer service... skills but one day I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and when I recieved it it was cold with butter. I turned aroundand went back through. The girl wanted to argue that I ordered it that way. After about 5 minutes of defending myself,she gaveme a new Toasted bagel. I went through a couple of times again at the same time early morning,same order. The girls now don'tsay anything at all to me,just dirty looks and basically throw my bagel into my car. I've decided that I will NEVER GO TO THATDUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN! I don't know who thought that that behavior is ok,but I grew up with customer service being the mostImportant part of the job!!# Saying " have a nice day" makes all the difference. Read more
