I feel so bad for the ONE server this place has. She's older so moves slower and has no one to help her. No other server, no... busses, no other staff except one guy in the kitchen. I'm sure she's just as stressed out about the place getting busy, but thisis no excuse for customers to have such a poor experience. Lots of waiting and wondering when I'll be serviced. Staff thisestablishment better. Ended up leaving without getting to order anything because someone hit our car. But poor lady, someonefind some help for her. Read more

Probably the worst sushi place in Pasadena. Rolls are tasteless, 4 times more rice than what you expect, feels like you are... eating a rice sandwich not a roll. The atmosphere of this restaurant makes me feel like I had come to a portal to the underworld or one of the dojos for ghost... hunters in a Japanese manga. The dark restaurant was filled with some very different styles of customers. The only peopleworking in the restaurant were a blonde waitress. The waitress talks like she's slowed down 1.5 times, and her friendly butuncaring approach to you is intriguing. She will take 20 minutes to prepare your water and tell you in a friendly manner thatthe food will take another 20 minutes but actually waits almost 40 minutes. The food wasn't good either. It made me think thatthe chef and the waiter didn't take their jobs seriously and it seemed like the restaurant wasn't open for the customers. Isthis really just a simple restaurant? We sat outside at an individual table. It was very quiet and the service was excellent. The avocado rolls had a very generous... amount of avocado. The edamame was well done but didn't have much in the way of salt on it. My partner had the ramen and was soso about it. We definitely would go back but might try eating indoors next time and some different menu items. Read more

Pricing is very reasonable and ramen is pretty good. I got the red ramen and it could be a litle more spicier. We got there... right after the lunch crowd so our food came rather quickly. My only complaint is that both of our appetizers came last, wellafter we were almost done with our food, and the gyozas were a little burnt. Read more
