Had a great meal, reasonable price, great drinks. Our server Abby at the NorthShore mall location was fantastic; virtuous,... prompt, and charming. I have been eating at this chain for a while and have had mixed experiences, but overall I’m a fan. Thislast visit left a wonderful taste in my mouth. Read more

Not the greatest. Poor time management, appetizers and all the food came out at once, after waiting a significant amount of time... after ordering. Anywhere that charges more for gluten free options automatically gets less starts. Clam chowder was okay, like a3/5. Drinks were okay, normal overpriced you would expect from a restaurant. I got the mustard crusted chicken meal (pictured)the potatoes clearly have been sitting for awhile. Read more

Deceiving name... actually pretty average food and @ 12 noon we (family of 4) were the only people dining in. The wait staff,... however was above average. Very attentive but as I said we were the only ones seated. I had one cocktail... certainly adequatein strength BTW and the total bill was about $100. Read more

The food and drinks were below average. We have been eating at different restaurants at the mall the past few weeks, and this... was by far my least favorite one of them all so far. The food wasn’t all that good. The portion was very generous, but thejambalaya was too salty. The tomatoes were in huge pieces. Never before had I ever used a knife to cut tomatoes in a stew. Youshould try the jambalaya at the Yard House and Cheesecake Factory. I just had some grilled shrimp a few days before at DoubleBull, those were great. These fried shrimp were just okay. I’m writing this review the day after, and I can’t remember whatthey tasted like. You would think that frying should taste better than grilling, but evidently that’s not the case here. Ionly remember the seaweed weirdly mixed in with shredded lettuce at the bottom. The cocktails were small and diluted. I had thePineapple Painkiller and Strawberry Mule. Both were forgettable. The bread was dense, weird, and chewy. I thought they weregluten free, but apparently not. I’m afraid what the gluten free one would be like if the gluten one was this bad. The onlything I enjoyed was the Peanut Butter Thing dessert. The server was nice, but slow. Seemed overwhelmed and stressed with just 3tables. Read more

Restaurant was nice and the service was great. The Nachos and Mac & Cheese were good. Burger fell apart and had to be eaten with... a fork, Fish & Chips were over seasoned and inedible. Overall it was an average chain restaurant experience with below averagefood at above average prices. If it wasn't for the service I would have given 2 stars. Read more

This was my first time here. I really liked how they had low carb items to choose from. The Spicy Cauliflower bites were so... good. And the bread with the extra virgin olive oil was DELISH!Our waitress was so nice and really went above and beyond. I wishmore waitresses were like her. Read more
