Bagels are fresh and taste good, They?re generous size too. Bagels are not expensive, but everything else is. We spent $17 for 2... bagels with cream cheese and 2 cups of coffee. Read more

We are not from Pensacola, so whenever we are in town we make it a point to stop at Bagelheads. Today, we had family with us... from Texas and wanted to share one of our favorite spots with them. Sadly, we were very disappointed with both the selection andservice. We came at 1pm for lunch - noting the restaurant was open till 2. There were maybe 10 bagels left in the entire casewhen we got there, hard to even put a sandwich together. Some of our bagels were burnt, which was terribly disappointing. Butall of that aside, it is incredibly unsettling for employees to start putting chairs up on tables around us at 1:30 when therestaurant has not even closed yet - not to mention dangerous for small children. It is not the level of service I would expectto receive when paying 15$ for a sandwich. Read more

The food was delicious. The service could use a little work however. There were about 12 people back in the kitchen area. Three... or four families got their food before us. And it took about 25 minutes. Some of the workers gave us the impression that we werebothering them and they asked about our food. They could use a little coaching. Otherwise everything was great! We ate here twice within a week. The bagels were alright. The coffee, however, was great! It was packed the first time we went... on Sunday, around 10:30. They forgot to ring up a meal that we ordered, and argued with my dad whether or not he in fact orderedhis meal. A simple "sorry" and "we will fix it" would have sufficed, and we would have happily paid for it, because we weren'tlooking trouble. He just wanted his breakfast. We went again on Thursday around 8 to give it another chance, and they were slow. The cashier rushed us through our order when no one was in line. He forgot to ring up the first thing we ordered after heacknowledged that's what we wanted with an "ok" making that the second time they didn't complete our order. I gave it 2 stars, because the coffee was good. The employees obviously didn't want to be there, and I understand we all have bad days, but twicein a week that?s uncalled for especially since we were spending $50-$60 on breakfast each time. I honestly would go elsewhereand not waste your time and money. If you do go, I hope you have a better experience. Read more

I?ve come 3 days this week and every time they sell out of their signature bagel by 9:30am, you think they?d make a surplus,... coffees overpriced. Workers are cool and the managers the sweetest woman in the world. Read more

I love this place it has always been a good hit up spot for me and my friends. Recently, they have been burning my bagels. Aside... from the hit or miss burnt bagels, the coffee is really good. The view and the vibes are nice and I would definitely recommendit if you haven't gone. I always get the asiago bagel with butter. I have had their cream cheese before but personally I wasn'ta huge fan (it was an overwhelming amount of cream cheese). Their hazelnut bagel head blast ( its similar to a frappacino) isone of my favorite coffees from them. It's not annoyingly sweet or insanely strong but a good medium. Last point to know is thatthis place does add up. it seems very affordable if you do one thing but you end up spending more than anticipating. Read more

We?ve been going to Bagelheads since its early days. The downtown location has a beautiful view of the bay and the bay... bridge. Our to-go bagel order this past time was incomplete and I couldn?t get hold of customer service via email, but stillgive 5 stars because this is the first time they?ve gotten it wrong. It?s still our favorite bagel shop! We recommend theAsiago a Go Go and the everything bagels to go. Read more

Good breakfast place. We tried the bagelzones and they were different. Something we have not had before but a little dry with no... sauce. I would be back to try the bagels as they looked very fresh. The house mocha coffee was delicious though! There is a waitas they are shortstaffed as with all places right now. Read more
