Ok, so we finally tried the Big Biscuit food truck. Neither me or my boyfriend were super impressed. I got a biscuit and gravy,... the gravy was good, the biscuit was very dense though. It was large, but not a fluffy, soft biscuit. It was harder and heavy. Mybiggest complaint was that they put it on top of a tissue type paper. That paper basically dissolves under the gravy. I ended uptrying to get soggy, dissolving paper out of it as I ate. Maybe they should just put it in the container without the paper. Read more

This was my first time having Big Biscuit and it was amazing! I got the french toast biscuit with berry compote instead of apple... compote and it was delicious and very filling! The biscuits are huge and you get a lot for a little money! I?ll definitely beback! Read more
Got the Nashville hot chicken biscuit and biscuits n gravy! Let me tell your the biscuit n gravy was good. Nice white gravy... with sausage in it. They do give you plenty of gravy with them biscuit. The Nashville hot chicken was next level! Great spicefor the spicy lovers and adding the syrup Omg so good! Will be back for the other items they do for lunch. Read more
