Constant decline! Place has been going downhill, can't keep people working there. Can't call the store because the numbers... 'mailbox is full' every time you call it. Worst thing I've had yet tonight, and its only our choice because of coupons that makeit cheaper than buying dinner for 2 anywhere else nearby. Not to mention something strange they've started doing where theyhave you back up if no one is behind you in line, sounds like they're faking their statistics for corporate. Tonight, my finalstraw about making a review. Order: Whopper Meal for 2, 12.49+ tax 1 Standard order, Whopper, large fry, Dr Pepper. 1 withcustomization. Whopper with mayo, ketchup, lettuce only, Large Fry, Dr Pepper. Standard whopper came WITH NOTHING ONIT. Customized whopper had SO MUCH condiments and lettuce on it that you could have taken out the meat and no one ever wouldhave known. Soda machine must have nasty water because both sodas ended up poured out. Fries were fresh, highly salted. Irefuse to go to this location ever again, MAINLY BECAUSE WE CAN'T CALL TO MAKE SURE MANAGEMENT KNOWS OF THE ISSUE! "Take thesurvey" usually takes 2 weeks to get a response from almost every company out there, and Burger King seems to be one of theworst as I will mention my negative issues when I fill out surveys if its enough to have truly had a negative impact on my meal.But tonight was just outrageous, I ended up having to essentially make my entire sandwich myself. I'm not a person who usually leaves a review for a fast food restaurant - it seems a pointless chore in this day and age to even... bother with such a task, however, when someone so completely exceeds my expectations I feel compelled to call them out byname. I visited the Burger King location on Hwy 98 in Pensacola because I needed to use the bathroom (which was surprisinglyclean) and since I was there I figured I'd grab a quick bite to eat and I fully expected have a typical medocre to horribleservice experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by an employee name D.J. (it might have been J.D., I'm not exactlysure) There was no one at the counter when I walked in because the front counter person was in the dining room cleaning it(another thing that surprised me because fast food dining rooms are typically something of a mess) and D.J. called out to mefrom the back to greet me and to let me know that someone would be right with me. (How often these days does that happen at aBurger King?, never?) I appreciated the fact that he was aware enough and cared enough to not leave me standing there wonderingif anyone even noticed me. I took notice of his interactions with the other customers and employees while I at my food, and hewas kind, pleasant, and thoughtful in his conversations and transactions. I don't know if this guy is one the Managers of theplace, but if he's not he should be. Surprisingly, not only was the service experience a pleasant one, but my food was actuallyhot (even the fries) and my burger was made neatly (yes, I said neatly) and was made correctly even though I had ordered it withthree changes. This place is a joke. Made an app order. They had plenty of time to prepare the order which was 1 meal, 1 drink. When I pulled... to the window to order she asked me to pull to front of the building. After waiting 10 minutes out front I received my order.They forgot my drink and then the girl who was rude wanted to argue with me about it. Food was cold. Terrible customer service! Read more

Drive Thur was quick and worker was nice reason for 2 stars, fries container half filled, fries were luke warm and under cooked.... The bacon king sandwich was warm/hot and smashed almost flat but the taste was good and had plenty of bacon on it. Read more

I am not the kind of person who takes time to leave reviews. But today is different. This is by far the worst customer service... and worst food you will ever have? They make you pull up and wait 20 minutes at the SECOND window to pay then tell you toreverse your car and back up to the first window for your food. Yes you saw that correctly. Not to mention they closed the drivethru window in my face when I asked why that is. Bunch of teenagers goofing off inside and not a single person is nice. Read more

If I could I would rate this Burger King a minus 5. Very rude and nasty employees. Line cooks were not wearing Hats/ hair... net's. Food quality was terrible. Do not waste your time or money. The ownership needs to close rehire and start over. Alsomanager ignored me when I ask her for 4 ketchup packets 4 times. Read more

I see a lot of low reviews, but my experience here was amazing. My spicy chicken burger was juicy and delicious. My fries and... nuggets were also super hot. The only thing that was lacking was the taste of nuggets. Overall, I was on vacation and needsomething quick, and they delivered amazing food and service. Read more

I got the new bacon melt, I'm pretty sure they just smashed and toasted a normal bun. It's called the melt but the cheese wasn't... even melted. It was terrible lol Read more
