So I was going in to the lobby, and the worker just locked the door in front of me. And most of the time the lobby door is... always locked even though the lobby says it's open 9:30 am to 8:30 pm and I'm usually there around 12 pm. I visited June 17, 2022 at 11:25 am and the the drive thru worker had no patients and slammed the drink and my debit card in my... hand. I asked her was she frustrated and she replied ?No? but her actions spoke that she was. I?m very disappointed in BurgerKing for hired disrespectful inpatient people to work the drive thru.. the food was nasty and the ketchup on the burger smelledsour! I couldn?t eat the burger. BK is fairly reliable. This location usually gets me out quickly when I order at the counter. Today I ordered a whopper with... cheese combo, no mayo, no ketchup, add mustard. What I received was a whopper with cheese mustard only...no tomato no lettuce,and no onion. No problem I took it back appolgized for possible mispeak on my part and asked them to remake for me which theydid. It also was wrong but I just let it go since I knew I would like it just fine anyway. The manager was super nice and Ialways have a good experience with employees there. So they get something wrong once in a while. I can live with that. Read more
