We arrived at 11am but the restaurant hadn't opened yet. We returned 15-20 minutes later once we noticed the employees arrive in... the parking lot. The food was fine but my trio fajita lacked flavor. It wasn't seasoned well if at all. Our party of seven wasseated quickly and the kid's entrees were out of the kitchen in under five minutes. Overall we entered and got out in about 75minutes which is really good compared to most chili's restaurants. Read more
This location had some struggles during the last two years related to all the covid staff related issues. The food was very... inconsistent. BUT THEY ARE BACK ON POINT!!!!! We had an absolutely amazing dinner two days ago. The food was hot and everysingle item was PERFECT! GREAT JOB KITCHEN!! The wait staff was great as always. We are so happy we can finally start headingback to our neighborhood favorite. Read more

Tried to place an online to go order, the site was down so tried calling three times after being disconnected twice and no... contact ever. The phone just rang and rang. Decided to go there and parked in the to go order spot and went inside to place anorder, the girl said she was new and was told not to answer the phones. We placed our order, told her what number parking spotwe were in. Waited and waited and waited. Finally after 43 mins of waiting and them not being busy at all decided to go see whatwas taking so long. They said just a few more minutes. We noticed a few other cars waiting outside and we seen Togo orderssitting inside so we asked if anyone brings them outside, no one knew the answer but than someone came hurrying around thecorner and grabbed some bags to take outside. I just want to say, go download their Chili's app asap! You can get either a free chips and salsa or a non alcoholic drink. You... get all kinds of cool stuff in your email too. I personally get the Steak, it's $20 but it comes with loaded mashed potatoes andbroccoli. I usually get the extra shrimp for $2.99. This place is amazing. Great atmosphere, great staff and you don't have towait too long to get served your meal. I love this place. Good food, good people and it's good to your wallet. Does this thingallow more than 5 stars?. I'd give them like 10 if I could. Read more
Ms. Bailey, our waitress, was incredible. She has a whole lot of charisma & amazing service with a loveable swashbuckling... attitude to back it up. Ms. Jordan, who served us our food, also added to our experience with great conversation & sharing herlife experiences with us. Our host, who I was not able to catch their name, was also incredibly sweet & professional. Go for thefood, stay for the superb service!! 10/10 can't wait to go back!! Read more
