Today 9/22/22.... I witnessed an amazing and rare act of honesty/ character and professionalism. I came through the drive... through and ordered 2 Swiss melts and 2 fries. Got my food handed to me and drove home. Got home, only 2 fries and 1 Swiss melt.Drove back to Culver?s and the young man who handed me my food in drive through was behind the front taking orders. Upon seeingme enter the front door he knew IMMEDIATELY who I was and that he forgot to put a Swiss melt in my bag. He told his manager,that guy right there, I knew what he looked like and his truck. Manager gave me my Swiss melt and a coupon for free meal. Theycould have said anything, I should have checked bag, I prob ate it and tried getting free one, but the young man admitted andthe manager fixed it. That?s character! Love the food, ice cream, malts, everything! I wasn't too sure since I don't recall every having custard before getting it at... Culver's, and let me tell you it's great! The staff is always friendly, the food always comes out hot and fresh (including thefries). The prices are a little high than most fast food out here, but the quality beyond makes up for it. I tried their newcheesy pub burger today and I absolutely recommend it! Read more
Not what I expected. It's Fast food. We had cod and onion rings and fries. Carry out Frozen Custard. It's like ice cream if... anyone has ever had Meadows Frozen Custard It's the Best Ever. This is my second time ordering food from this restaurant, though my mushrooms burger and cilly cheese fries was excellent my... onions rings was burnt for the second time. If want a good shake try the turtle shake was also good. Read more
Okay first off: I've been to Culver's 3 times, and only this location. I had a Butterburger Deluxe, with fries and a drink. My... mother had a Mushroom & Swiss Burger with Mashed Potatoes and a drink. My father had a Butterburger Deluxe with their Chili anda drink. We all had their In-House Rootbeer as our drinks. Overall, their burgers are on the high-quality spectrum. Their friesare air fried, but that doesn't make them worse than most places. Their fries are actually good (In my opinion, most do not likeair fryed fries.) and better than most places, not to mention more healthy. The root beer was honestly eh, not very good. Iwould much rather drink A&W rootbeer than their rootbeer. It's got a vanilla-creme taste along with a barq's taste in one, and Ihonestly do not like it. My mother said their gravy and mashed potatoes were awful. My dad said the chili was amazing though,but he did not like anything else that much. We've also had their chicken sandwiches (not this visit) and I highly recommend NOTbuying them. Their thin and not even good-tasting. Their custard isn't anything to shout about either. The service was very goodthough, quick and polite. Overall, Culver's is worth a try but it depends on preference really... They are super expensive too,averaging 11-14$ per person, with extra sauces such as ketchup costing more money. If you want cheaper and around the same IFNOT way better, go for China Wok or Whataburger. If you want better chicken go to Foosackly's. If you want the same price orhigher, and also the same quality or even better burgers go to Denny's. Pictures for how it looks and portions. Pretty mealhonestly. Try Culver's, but other places probably have something better than what you expect to want here. Super nice people especially since we came in 30 mins before closing. But my daughter had a birthday coupon that was about to... expire and she wanted to use it. ???? There was a man there (forgive me for not getting your name) who seemed to be either themanager or team lead and he really kept things moving so smoothly. It's nice to see a restaurant where the crew is friendly,that's being managed properly and you feel like they actually care about your visit. AND - the order was perfect! And unusualthing these days.
