No frills BBQ place, it is all about the food. I had the brisket and my wife had ribs. Fall off the bone tender, just delicious.... I ordered online for curbside pickup which included your car make, model and color. Received a text stating my order had been... received. Sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes, called the restaurant. My order was just sitting there. A employee brought outmy order. Per employee, they do not have curbside services she doesn't know why it's on the website. Had to ask for items thatwere not in my bag. The unsweetened tea was sweet. Both drinks were all ice very little drink in them. The fries were a joke,$3.50 for fries. Eighteen, I counted them, only because there weren't many in the bag, and I had to know. The brisket wasn't thebest nor worst I've ever tried, on the dry side. I will never return to this establishment again. Read more
Update: I have contacted the company and they have really great customer service. They made it right and I really appreciate... that about them. I am grateful that they care for their customers which likely will bring me back to coming back to theirstore. Dickey's has gone downhill. We had requested someone to doordash for us. You charge $2 extra for some dry dry drybrisket and ribs for 3 meat plate.. no amount of sauce can bring that juicy brisket. Ribs were burnt. The BBQ beans were notcooked all the way and so were the potato salad because they were on the hard side. The fried okra was the only thing good.Everything was room temp even the potato salad. Why wasn't it hot? We live right by Dickey's. We had to put the potato salad inthe freezer to cool it back. Go on over to Hot Spot BBQ. Your money will go a long way and you will enjoy it better! Good family atmosphere here. Staff seemed friendly. Tall guy with dreads who was cutting meat was working extremely hard to... process orders. I will say and it?s my opinion, that the meat needs more seasoning . Other than that, all was good. Kids eatfree on Sundays and ice cream is complimentary. Portion sizes were good. I enjoyed. Got the XL pack to feed 6-8 ppl for Fathers Day. Got it home and be lucky to feed 3 ppl. Had to go to Publix and purchase more... baked beans and potato salad just make enough for a meal. Was very embarrassing to have family show up with not enough to eat! Read more
The food was really good and the restaurant was clean. But the staff was not friendly and the condiment station really needs to... be redesigned. As you can see from the picture plastic ware, drinks, sauces, and relish (pickle & onion) are all located in thissame, very small area. The barbecue sauce containers are the same as soup containers on a buffet. Mom and I arrived during peaklunch hour. And had to wait in line again to get the things we needed to complete our meal. And it's not a very sanitary set up,especially during a pandemic. I felt for those who were on a lunch break and needed to eat in a timely manner. Passing through I keep dropping into this area. I?m never dissatisfied. Another great place to stop is Dickey?s! My choice for... today was the Cueban not a misspelling a play on the word barbecue! It?s a great sandwich and I had the onion tangles and thebig yellow sweet tea well the cup was pink! Breast cancer awareness and barbecue seem to go hand and hand. I have a collectionof pink cups to prove it! Great job guys and gals the food was great and people friendly try the Spicy sauce it?s really good!I?ll be back someday! I'm from Louisiana. This is in Pensacola Was disappointed. Ribs had too much fat. One in Louisiana were lots more meat. The... bread was much to hard. The pork sandwich the meat was mush. Really gross. Brought it home for the dog. Waste of 50.00 Read more
