Ordered a large pepperoni pizza last night even though I shouldn't have. The person who took my order was great with customer... service over the phone. The delivery driver was sweet as well. The pizza however, tasted like it had been sitting under a heatlamp for over 6 hours. Tough, barely any cheese, not edible. I used to love Dominos back in the day, but this just proved onceagain to stop giving these corporations a chance to make it right. They will continue to serve subpar food as long as we pay forit without holding them accountable. Do not reccommend. Read more

They admitted that their system messed something up when I paid cash in store and was later notified of a credit card charge for... that same online order I'd intentionally abandoned due to my impatience with the time it was taking to do it when 1 call wouldhave it ordered and n the oven in 5 minutes. Well, by my observation, phone orders aren't taken in store these days. They'rererouted, outsourced for someone else to type online for you and there is no human contact or communication between calls andstore employees so, things that would normally not happen can happen. Things like being unknowingly charged on my credit card onan incomplete online order but, also paying for it in cash ending up paying for 2 separate orders for the exact same order. Icalled the number for the actual store and the night manager hadn't experienced a situation such as this before so she went tofetch the gentleman who then helped me out with this issue. Please forgive me sir, as I cannot remember your name, I believe itwas James ???? my apologies! He handled it by way that the $ was to be returned to my credit card and a credit for that samecharge put on the books in my name. I haven't seen it returned to my credit card as of yet but that takes 5-7 business days.These 2 managers handled my situation very professionally while staying friendly and polite, even with the frustrations oftoday's technology and the changes we are all learning to constantly adapt to. This is the one and only issue that I've ever hadwith this Domino's location and we've eaten with them for many years now. Just ordered four 2 lg/2 topping pizzas and all four were burnt to a crisp. Tried to call and let them know and they didn't pick... up the phone for over 20 minutes. How does a business functioning that. This will be my last order with this location. Read more

This store is terrible. I?ve ordered from this store 4 times since I moved here 9 months ago. One time was great. One time... everything was cold. One time I had a huge $100 plus order and it didn?t let me order through the app so I had to call. I toldthem the issue and they said that was too bad. So $100 order and I got no points for it. It also took 2 hours to get the foodand every time we called back to check on it they said it was on the way. Today I ordered and it went through and said it wasbeing made and then I got a call that said she sent the driver home sick and would cancel my order. Really? Only one driver ina Friday night? Didn?t give me an option to pick up or anything so obviously it was a lie because it was within an hour ofclosing time and they just didn?t want to make it. There?s 3 other pizza places within a mile of there and they?ve all beenmuch better. I recommend them and I?m done with this store. Read more

I would actually give it a 0 if I could. Have never had a problem with Dominoes until last night. Was notified my pizza was... getting quality checked at 10:37 and never received any notification it was out for delivery until they showed up at my door at11:45... like THIS. The delivery man apologized & said he was the only one doing deliveries last night, but still. There?sabsolutely no reason for this. I could?ve got past the late delivery but to open the box to this is completely out of line. Itwas completely un edible. Read more
