Fresh bagels, friendly staff. Not much more to expect.

I know it's in an airport, but seriously overpriced. Hardly had anything in stock on a Saturday morning. I asked about a... specific bagel and got told "I'm not making that right now". 30 bucks for 2 sandwichs, a coffee drink, and a bottled Dr.Pepper. Fast and delicious! I paid a little extra for more salmon. The salmon and tomatoes were very fresh and ???? tasty.

I was in line, thinking about ordering food, when I observed the (mask less) girl working the toaster play with her phone while... wearing the gloves she was using to prepare the food. I was passing through Pensacola to Fort Walton Beach and on the way home stopped to eat breakfast at the Einstein's in the... lounge area. Initially I was not hungry, but after waiting a little while Johnny made me the best bagel sandwich. This man isauthentic and genuine. I could have talked to him all day. He provided excellent customer service and understands the humanelement's role in business. It's not all about turning out customers. Sometimes you need to take a minute and appreciate yourclients, and that is exactly what Johnny did for me on one of the most difficult days. This man needs a promotion or at least araise.
