I wanted to try the pumpkin ice cream and was told they didn't have any sample spoons. Then when I asked if they had ANY spoons... it was revealed they weren't allowed to give samples and that it tastes like pumpkin. Lol. Lost 2 stars for lying about thepolicy and lost another 2 stars for having the stupid policy for not allowing samples. C'mon guys. Don't be stupid. I was here just 2 days ago. The boy who made my ice cream put it in the container, set it on the back counter, and literally... just leaned against the counter having a casual conversation with the other employee there. We had already paid, he just had tohand it to me. It was like he was waiting to see how long we would stand there before saying something. He also made twice asmuch as I had ordered, and just scraped the remainder in the trash. If I were this franchise owner, I would be furious becausethat happens each time I?m there. The charcoal mocha mixed with cheesecake makes it look like I?m eating concrete but it tastes like I?m eating a glob of heaven.... The employees were so sweet even when I took forever to decide what I wanted. Being able to make whatever combination and watchthem mix it up is so much fun. Wow!!!! Read more
Went in to get my children a simple milkshake. Bad idea. Had many different options (they chose the most expensive, like gold... diggers at an extravagant restaurant). No problems. The place was clean and the staff knew what they were doing. Will returnwith the whole family once I get a loan. Read more
Love this place!! Ice cream was delicious. Milkshake was delicious and actually looked like the advertisement!
