Always had good and bad experience with this store. There's days they'll get it right and there's days they'll totally get it... wrong. There's always something missing when you go through the drive thru and by the time you remember it, you're halfway downthe road. I ordered the number 1 on September 4, 2022 at 9:20ishpm. and my chicken was salty never got any chicken and it was this salty.... Ughhhh, I couldn't come back but yet I called no answer of course but I decided to make a review. Must not let this happen everagain. Wait wasn't long. Food was hot. Friendly service. That's why I'm giving them 3 stars. However, the Famous Bowl I ordered didn't... have enough chicken and the pieces were really small. Combined, they barely cover half of the bowl. Read more
Don't bother if you intend to order at the counter and eat there. We waited for 10 minutes at the cash register (only ones in... line) with no service. There were several employees working, and some of them made eye contact with us, but they were completelyfocused on the drive thru and never made their way to the counter. We left. Read more
This place has IMPROVED BIG TIME this year. Every time we pull up to the drive thru (1 or 2 times a week) we get great service.... The food is almost always on point. Management has made this place the best KFC in 100 miles. So much so we drive across townnow just to get this one. Management is amazing. Read more
I ordered a number two combo and there was a thigh and there was a drumstick probably the two smallest pieces I've ever seen... from KFC sitting in the bottom of the box. Playing flat at the bottom of the box next to each other. The box hasn't grown thechicken has shrunk. Read more
Nice buffet, all food hot and fresh. Decent price, especially since it includes salads, desserts and a drink. 9/12/20 New... visit. Only drive thru open coz of Covid so ordered and paid online. Gave me a pick up time 10 min. later. Arrived to a 15 carwait and got to window only to be told to go wait 10 min in curb slot. What was the point of online ordering? Directions saidnothing about going to a curb slot. As I was told my order would be ready at a specific time, why am I sitting here in theparking lot well past that time? Food finally came out 20 min late. This review is not on the food or the staff who werestressed but friendly. Ok, Oct 2020, this place continues to go downhill. First time eating here and using the drive thru. The sign clearly shows that the bowl meals come with fries. This information is... also located on the website. It states "Creamy mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and bite-sized chunks of crispy chicken are layeredtogether then drizzled with home-style gravy and topped with a perfect blend of three shredded cheeses. Includes a side and adrink". Why are customers being told it only comes with a drink? If this is the case, then remove the information from thewebsite and sign at the drive thru. Read more
