I parked and went to the door to be told Thursdays were drive through only. I went back to my car waited about 15 minutes in the... drive-thru to purchase glazed donuts. I asked for two dozen. Today, when I opened the boxes to serve them to my students Inoticed they were really small, so I tried one. They were the most nasty donuts I have ever tasted. They didn't appear to haveany yeast in them. If I did not live 60 miles away I would have taken them back. I have always loved Krispy Kreme, so wasextremely disappointed in the quality of these. Ordered 3 donuts, chocolate sprinkes, boston kreme and original glazed. Boston kreme wasn?t the one with kreme instead had whip... inside it. Original glazed had no glaze on it and the sizes of all three of these donuts was mini sized when I paid for the fullsize. Read more
Good donuts but rude and poor customer service. I had a coupon for a free donut of my choice (that?s what it says on the coupon)... and yet they said I could only have a classic glazed not the specialty donut my son wanted even though that specialty donut wasin stock. Crooks. Look how many other 1 star reviews there have been recently. Lots. Read more
Such rude people. We wanted to get a donut for our son with a coupon for a free donut of our choice. They refused to honor the... coupon and give us a donut OF OUR CHOICE. They only wanted to give us the cheap, less desirable donuts. Unbelievable. Theydon?t even want to honor their coupons, and to not care about a little kid. Just wow. Read more
The lady behind the counter must have been high. I ask for two doughnuts and she rang me up for 6. She had to fix that. Then... asked for a medium latte and got a small. The doughnuts taste awful and where's the cream filling? And the latte tasted likewatered down coffee. Steer clear of this dump. Waste of money couldn't even eat or drink this trash. This Krispy Kreme is really going down hill! Got no response at the drive through, and had to find an employee who was sitting... outside on her phone! Finally received some service at the drive through. The doughnuts were greasy and old! Two of thedoughnuts were hard as rocks! They didn?t follow the order and gave me all the wrong doughnuts! The employees were loud andhorse playing around in the lounge area! Never again will I visit this site! The Cervantes location is 110% better, I?d ratherdrive all the way there?. Read more
Was really disappointed in their donuts. I bought 2 dozen for the firehouse and went to the truck and opened the box and was so... disappointed I took them back in. The icing was almost all soaked in or gone like several day old and they where not soft. Theother mixed donuts dozen was some better but not what KK is usually. The replacement dozen was better but not great. The priceshave really went through the roof especially for sub-par donuts. Hopefully it was just a really down day. I know KK does havegreat donuts so will probably give them another chance. Read more
