I went there on a Wednesday for a quick bite to eat in my car on the way to my next stop. I order and paid which went great... until she gave me my card back and asked me to pull into any parking space. Well another 12 minute wait I received my order andleft before trying. It was cold! Foods great. Staff is very rude. We were there on 9/17:22 at about 8:30 PM and when placing an order I kept being asked ?is that... all? which is fine( mind you I only ordered a few different sandwiches and a fry) but then I got interrupted when asking for afry with him saying ?can you just say the full order? and I was a little shocked so I said ?excuse me?? And he said ?can youjust say the full order?.. it was just very rude customer service, like I kept trying to say my order but he kept interruptingme, probably won?t come back to this specific store. The lady we dealt with was the sweetest and most apologetic. However, if management can't get enough employees, they need to... shut it down. I've been here for an hour waiting for my food. I've already paid. I've got drinks. But here I am, an hour afterI've ordered. The line has been stacked this entire time. People have come and given up and left. I regret even making my order. I do not like the fact that I can only leave a 5 star review for this location. The lady Miss Mary at the front was phenomenal... friendly and very I'll going. It was obvious the crew was working hard due to a busy lunch rush. They managed to stay on top ofit the entire rush. I have been in the restaurant business for over 13 years and I have to say the crew worked well together toget the task complete. When I was younger I enjoyed eating Kystals all the time, now I couldn't care for it. The regula Krystal and Krystal chic is... still the best thing on the menu but everything else is ok or trash. Skip the chill, weird tasting and after taste I couldn'texplain. Go to Wendy's if you need a fast food chili. There's is actually really good. Nothing passed the chow scale. 50 50shoot for decent food also the service is not the greatest. Didn't get a few items I ordered and had to come back around thedrive thru. They seem to be unhappy to be there but that's my assumption. Overall 50 50, Kystals just not as good like I onceremembered. Read more
Placed my order at the drive through window. I was asked to pull up because they were waiting on fries. I sat their a good 15... mins watching the two employees inside laughing and talking before one of them came out and verified what I had ordered. EVERYcar in the drive through was served their food and left before I received mine. I requested no pickles and wasn't surprised theywere on my burgers anyway. Ironically my fries weren't hot just warm and I had to ask for my drink. I understand workers arehard to find these days but service like this will undoubtedly cost you customers. Read more
