Great service, love the little burgers. Hadn't been to one of these for years. The area and and homeless people that were in... the restaurant were friendly but my wife said she wouldn't be there without me. I placed an order at 5:15 to pick up at 5:30. I got here at 5:37 and the doors LOCKED! I sat in the drive through till 5:50. To... be told the order i placed isnt ready. That i need to pull around and wait. I placed an order online ahead of time and forinside pick up to avoid the wait. We left without our order and i would like a refund. First time at kristals. They serve "fake French fries". Not too good tasting. Very nice young man served me. friendly staff.... the burgers were good. Kind of dirty facility. I was happy to see a complete breakfast for @$5.00. I want to try it soon. Read more
Sitting next to a closed Hardee?s you will find a Krystal?s headed for the same fate. Stop in for breakfast where you will wait... longer than you would think necessary. Be told they are out of sausage and then after placing an order for what has to besomething pre made and be told to pull around where you will find one other car waiting. This is the moment you will know youmade a mistake because that car was nowhere to be seen in the lead up to this. Took 30 min to get our food they said to park so we did. They seemed to be shut down since there was no one there. They put so... much mustard on all of them that we couldn't eat them. I will dispute this with my card company. These kids can't cook. Btw thearea is very hood people will come knock on your window as you're parked. Read more
Usually this place is awesome but last time we went our burgers were flat out soggy and wet. They tasted like liquid and my... mother who ate two of the burgers got sick shortly after. Don?t come here on nights. Only one girl working, bless her soul. Read more
Ordered online. Waited 40 min to have an emloyee come out and say they didn't have bacon. I ordered 12 double meat with cheese... and bacon. They couldn't refund me and told me to call the app. Waited total 1 hour and 25 minutes to get sloppy put togetherfood that was room temp. They couldn't even count correctly and shorted us 2 Krystals. Had to ask for ketchup 3 times!! Neveragain.! Don't go here. Krystal has gone downhill. Sad. Read more
Hit up the drive thru on vacation since we've always been curious. We were told to park instead of staying in the drive thru... even though no one was there and no one else came up while we were waiting. Should've taken that as a bad sign when the Wendy'snext door was wrapped around the building and this place was like a ghost town. The lady working the drive thru was politethough. The fries were great but the burgers just tasted microwaved. Their motto is to not fix what isn't broken but I'd say alittle char from a grill on those burgers would go a long way! And half the buns got soggy quick. The formula is broken y'all!Time to try another way. Read more
