The food is what you would expect it to be, however I'm giving this low rating because I purposely called in an order because I... prefer light pizza sauce, so I know they have to make it. I called it in when I was 20 minutes away. They said ready in 15minutes. I showed up 18 minutes later and they hadn't even started my order yet. So they gave me some poor excuse about gettingbusy. This is poor customer service. What is even the point of calling ahead if I still have to wait 20 minutes in the lobby.This is the slowest hot and ready pizza I have ever ordered. Read more

I go to this location pretty often and I am usually very satisfied! Emmaline always takes great care of me with my well-done... pizzas! I like to pre-plan my orders by calling ahead to have them ready and waiting for me; But even when I don't, they are soquick it's ridiculous! My pizza was burnt and it wasn't even cut and I had to wait in the line for 30 minutes. So I called up there and was told to... bring it back and they would cut it .I told the lady I couldn't come back because I had gotten a ride up there. so my kids wereforced to eat this because we were in the process of moving so I was unable to cook anything . I feel that she should haveoffered me a replacement pizza at my convenients. On top of that my bread sticks were very hard. I called up their the next dayand asked to speak with the manager but I guess he or she was unavailable so I left a message and never got a call back. Read more
