I had a rough week. (Got really sick) After work today, I decided I was finally ready to eat for the first time in days. I use... my bonus points to get a fish fillet sandwich, sit down in my truck & take a bite. I'm so happy, I FINALLY have my appetiteback, I lift the bun to add some ketchup and there's mold underneath my bun. I was so disgusted that I didn't want a refund. Ididn't want anything I had to get out of there. Very disappointing. Thanks for forever killing my appetite. Oh and I'm stillwaiting on my refund from two weeks ago when I ordered a mocha frappe and their machine was down. I've called twice to get thisfixed and they keep telling me to wait. I still have my receipt. No money ever hit my account. Navy Blvd McDonald's is theplace I will be going from now on. I absolutely adore every person working at the Navy Blvd location and I should have orderedmy food from there. Read more
Another really awesome place. The managers and everyone under them are top notch. They run a very efficient and clean... establishment. Food is great. Everyone there is friendly, welcoming and always smiling. They will not hesitate to assistsomeone in any way they can. Read more
I have went to this McDonald's several times and driven up to both of the drive thru lanes and have not been waited on. It would... not be a problem if you informed your customers that only one lane or the other were out. Even if both were out and we needed tocome in only for service at least we wouldn't be setting at the drive thru menu area for 20 minutes with nothing happening. Read more
Frequently poor service, which I could get past. But the fries taste like they have been cooked in month-old oil.
Food was good and their rewards program is very good (through the McDonald?s app). However, I waited 14 minutes for my food in... the curbside pickup. I?ve deducted a star for slow service. It?s good but sometimes gets slow due to staffing shortageseverywhere and huge demand during the busy summer season. Despite my criticism, I still recommend if you are looking for fastfood consistently served with your expectations of the McDonald?s experience. Read more
Kid working window needs training on customer interaction. Instead of "Receipt?!" Try "would you like your receipt?" Chicken... sandwiches not good. Buns dry and not hot. 2 chicken sandwich meals that cost 15.00 were not good. Read more
