Very poor customer service. Waited at the speaker in drive through about 5 mns before anyone even answered, seemed to be... happening to everyone only to be told, ice cream machine broke. Fries cold and food quality poor. Blue Angles MD's much better. Read more
I really wished I lived near another one because this one has poor customer service I have bad knees and stood at the register... for 5 minutes and did not even get acknowledged so I did not place an order. The other day it took 20 minutes to get an icecream cone because they were doing everybody else's order around my ice cream cone that's all I ordered. I do not recommend thisMcDonald's at all. The only decent thing about this one is they have a Play place and that's the only positive aspect of thisMcDonald's! Read more
Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for a small family order. Employees did not open the payment window despite sitting... there for 5 minutes. Pulled forward to 2nd window and payed, was told to pull forward to wait for order, waited another 15+minutes, employee came out to ask us if i had recieved the order yet, waited another 5 minutes to actually get my food, and theemployees missed an item, we got the item and left. Terrible service, do not come this mcdonalds if you would like "fast food". Read more
Don?t recommend doing curbside pickup here. Waited over 20 mins for a small fry and 6pc chicken nuggets. I had to go through the... drive thru and ask for it. I get the food and it?s cold. Had to go through again and ask them to make it again. Which they didand then forgot my sauces. I wasn't about to go through the drive thru a 3rd time. No apology from them either. Glad I spentover a half hour at McDonald?s. Spent more in gas, waiting on these people. Not to mention I had groceries in the back, and wasthinking this would be a quick stop hence ?fast? food. I read a lot of bad experiences here but I have nothing but praise for this store. All the staff are AWESOME!!! I eat at... McDonald's almost every day around town with the app and this store is my favorite. Remember the few with a problem are quickto leave a bad review. The 1000's who are happy every week rarely take the time. Keep up the great job Mobile Hwy store!!!! You were my lifeline to normal during the pandemic! Grateful!!!!! ?? Read more
