I don?t normally have high expectations for McDonald?s and this was a location that lived up to those expectations. There was... lotta repairs going on all over the place and some kind of fluids on the seats that needed to be wiped down. This is the worst place in town. They have no idea what is going on. You wait in line for 30 mins and they almost always mess up... your order. That's if you even get someone to take it. You're at the speaker for forever. Foods always cold. Save yourself theagony and go somewhere else. Culver's is 10x better and cost just as much. One vehicle sat at the pick-up window for 15 minutes!! Visited July 28. Ordering was fine and the drive-thru line was moving... until I got to the pay window. I pay. At that point there's only ONE vehicle ahead of me (a truck with a trailer), andeveryone in line ends up sitting for 15 minutes before they get their order! I don't know what happened, but employees wereconfused and scrambling; it was not a large order that I could see, only one drink and a bag. When I get to the pick-up windowI have to wait while they remake my drink. My fries were ice cold and soggy (clearly they were sitting for those 15 minutes; atleast the chicken sandwich was insulated in it's bag). Someone or something got messed up. Terrible experience. If I had notjust paid and there were a way to leave the drive-thru, I would have left. Read more
I ordered at drive thru an wanted all burgers with extra onions an I ck before I leave. Which none had extra onions so I asked... for 2 sides of extra onions at window so to be funny I guess, the rude worker gave me 2 chicken nugget containers ofonions.???????? Read more
Ok. Everyone knows what's here. Two things I have an issue with besides the food. 1. The ice cream machine is always broke. 2.... They added another lane but the 2nd lane is always closed. The employees at this location seem to heavily prioritize orders of certain types over others, including door dash drivers. Me... and my family went in and it took nearly 40 minutes to get our food to the table. I understand that they might have beenslightly understaffed but the restaurant was in no way busy when we arrived or when we left. Read more
Very rude service. Got to the window and she snapped and asked if I was using the app and before I could even answer she snapped... again and I told her the code and she said ?hold on? there was no one else in line. Then I told her the order and she snappedand said ?Jesus? like he has nothing to do with my order at all. And then we get to the window I couldn?t even use my app codecause of unknown reason. She had a poor attitude and the lady giving us the food had the same attitude. I got 4 burns muffinsand horrible service. Read more
